UPDATE VII
The Year is 2162.
Population - 20939 * 10,000 = 209.39 million
Economy - 45,582(GDP) + 11,697 (Global trade)
The Comintern League's shortlived partnership has shattered, with Korea and Hawai'i once more at odds with eachother. Particular disputes have been over access to the Yellow Sea, with Korea considering it national waters and Hawai'i insisting on entry so as to combat the Chinese Empire. Fortunately, a compromise was reached.
But the balance is still in effect, with the CNC now divided on itself - China has gone mad, having attacked the Demon Realm and causing international reprisal. It has demonstrated its might through the swift destruction of several armies and occupation of countless territories, as well as using a nuclear missile as proof of its capabilities. While the Mongolian Uprising seems to have done the Chinese in, how many lives will be lost before China is defeated?
United Nations:
For 2162-2163, the Secretary is China. Yes you read that right. The hilarity of sortition at work.
The MRA has seen 5 resolutions proposed in 5 years.
The bill to eject Venezuela for disorderly conduct failed horrifically, as did the Amendment that would have made abstentions legal for both ordinary resolutions and Amendments.
Mozambique was denied membership due to Venezuela's refusal to grant assent, further cementing the Filipino argument Venezuela should be removed or censored.
Korea's attempt to pass an international arms limitation treaty likewise met with failure.
Triumph goes to the anti-Hawai'ian nations of the world, which have seen the repeal of the Bill of Human Rights.
Notes:
-Defensive states get at least 10% to repelling spy missions, SO LONG AS THERE IS AT LEAST ONE SPY DEFENDING. Since spies can be killed in between defensive missions, it is advisable to keep more than one.
-From now on, to speed up updates, spies killed is automatic. 10% of each.
-If you steal tech and there's no tech to steal, your spies go for money instead. If you're that deep in their computer network, why not?
-Theft can never take more than what the person could have, but it will bankrupt them anyway if you manage to get more than what they took in.
-T1 PBs cost 60 gold now
-T2 PBs cost 100 if you have the tech; only Poland.
-T3 PBs cost 100 if you have the tech; only Poland.
-T1 CWs cost 15 if you have the tech.
-T1 Nukes cost 30 gold if you have the tech.
-T2 Nukes cost 40 gold if you have the tech.

TF's Tips:
-If you post in the thread after the update, I WILL count you as having given orders. Why? Because if you're capable of posting witty banter, you could at least give some vague orders in the event the lock occurred. Failing to do so is 100% on you.
-It is more useful to invest all in one tech than equally divide it, as you'll get the benefit from a completed tech immediately.
-Empires will start to rupture at turn's end if weak enough. For this to happen, you must have only 25% more income than a client. Former clients (usually) show interest in remaining friendly, but will relegate your relationship to a mere alliance. If a radical regime is in power, however, they will usually instead try to form alliances, or may even try to break off other clients to form one.
-Winning battles, repulsing enemy spies or successful Black Ops will upgrade your relevant technology. This represents experience.
-Supporting one side in a civil war is a way to win over very loyal clients.
-Build. Spies. Time for MAE - Mutually Assured Espionage! States that don't build spies will likely be in ruins at the end of this turn. Considering some states may have ZERO spies, this is especially important.
