Alright, I'm gonna start sending result PM's.

Am I completely stoopid, or has our fine host given away the secret role in the op? Seemed a logical guess, but there were other options.

Hmmm. I know for sure that someone tried to steal my item last night, and I know who he is. I will give him a chance to explain to me why did he do it. 24 hours. After that, I will reveal who it was, and I'll push for his lynch.

Interesting.

So, we have nine members of the Fellowship, plus an additional tenth player, who I'd think to be Gollum. With that in mind, the only people who would fit in the role as an item thief would be one of the hobbits, or Gollum himself. Out of the four hobbits, Merry seems like the one that would be the thief, though Pippin might -- for a stretch -- be capable of stealing too.

I'd place my money of Gollum though (maybe trying to "steal" the Ring?).
 
After seeing the part about Boromir's horn, I'd be willing to guess that perhaps one of the hobbits took the horn -- I'm not condemning or condoning that bit, however.

I'm speaking strictly from a Middle-Earth perspective.

Umm, does this mean I get to place an extra vote, or that a mysterious extra vote against me has appeared?
 
I'm going to start with a vote:mat93, mostly on gut instinct and to try to get some discussion going while we wait for the thief to either be revealed or not.
