Sure.. and you could add in a rule about having to pillage all farm tiles first alsoHow would you call that variant? .... Feed-the-Beast-and-then-starve-it ?
To modify the rules to make it "really" hard thou:
- no city razing turned on
- as soon as you know at least 2 AIs, you have to go into permanent war with the weakest AI.. every city you capture has to immediately be gifted to the AI you know with highest score... (unless you are at war with highest score AI, then have to puppet the cities until you are at pease and can gift them)
- repeat until only one AI remaining, then capture all the AI cities, leaving the capital last...
