Clarification: Everyone starts with 2 Major Cities, one of which is your Capital. Only Lighthearter & madtemplar have placed their Non-Capital Major City.

Since this is the first turn, everyone has equally valued currency; I will add currency value to the stats next turn.

The Canaries & Cape Verde are full territories, as indicated by the black triangles attached to them; they require an Army and a Navy to claim.
 
Expansion is in pink. Use navy for the islands (Kiribati?), armies for the land. On that note, I construct one army, for use of the fifth expansion land-wise. Put 5 gold into a bank and 10 into Army tech 1. Put the rest into infrastructure.
