Mostly. You contact range is essentially France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Great Britain, and most of Iberia. The only other player you may contact this turn is Tetwan (Bair_the_Normal). You don't have access to Sweden or Finland yet though.
 
I wan't sure what you meant by "Scandia" exactly. Still, you are correct.

The Kings of the Greeks States that are now under my rule, will come to Pella and gain positions in the Government, as Ministers or Commanders. Hellas is at least united!! No more there will be Athenians, Spartans, Macedonians and other regional names. There will be only the Hellenes. All of Hellas will unite. From now on, in Hellas there will be One Emperor, One Law, One Empire!!!!!

For the record, this is why I'm against too much randomness in NESes, at least without proper safeguards. It does make for an interesting game, however.

As long as you dont expand in Epirus and agree to expand in the balkans only in Illyria, we will have no problem.
 
The Secret History of Alexander the Great

And so, at the age of 50, Alexander became Emperor of all Greece. From Sparta to Danube, his Empire was the largest the world had ever seen. After so many years of war, the Nomadic Macedonians were the ones who united Greece, and not the Athenians or Spartans. The ones who were called Barbarians by the Southern Greeks and were laughed at, managed to unite Greece, thanks to Alexander.

It was then, when Alexander sensed that soon he would die. Legend has it, that he ordered the creation of a Huge Magnificent Tomb made with Marble and Stone. Also some storytellers tell an other Legend, even more crazy. They say that the Emperor ordered the creation of a Macedonian Army of 10,000 Terracotta Soldiers, to guard the Tomb.

No one know if this is true, but one thing is sure. Alexander became the First Emperor.

The bigger nations open are Assyria and Egypt. Persis and Medea are also open to the East, though they are isolated.

If you want a slower builder game, try for something in S. France or thereabouts. Northern Germany and England are also open, though highly tribal still. Not a very fast game for either of those sections.
