Seaplane
- Add "Can perform Carrier Operations

Notes: This should have SPECIALUNIT_FIGHTER it since its a type of Fighter aircraft.

Early Stealth Bomber
- Req Techs: Stealth (not Robotics or Guided Weapons)
- Can Evade Interception (40% Chance)
- Should Cost +6 or more :gold: Per Turn since the unit before this costs +6 :gold: per turn.

Now for the Recon Planes ...

Recon Plane
- Should probably cost some :gold: per turn.

Hypersonic Recon Plane
- Increase Range to 30
- Should probably cost some :gold: per turn.

Drone Recon Plane
- Decrease to Strength 1
- Decrease to Speed 1
- Increase to Range 50
- Add Hidden Nationality
- Add Can Only Defend
- Add Immune to First Strikes
- Add Can Evade Interception (60% Chance)
- Remove Cannot Enter Polar Ocean, Ocean, Tropical Ocean
- Remove Cannot Capture Cities or Units
- Remove Doesn't Receive Defense Bonuses
- Remove Ignores Terrain Movement Cost
- Remove Withdraw from Combat (30% Chance)
- Remove Cause Collateral Damage (Max 100% vs 8 Units)
- Remove +50% City Attack
- Remove +100 vs Wheeled Units
- Remove +100 vs Tracked Units
- Remove -75% vs Water Units
- Remove Flank Against Catapult, Trebuchet, Bombard, Cannon, Artillery, Light Artillery, Mobile Artillery, Rocket Artillery.

Notes: Should have nearly identical stats to Hypersonic Recon Plane except for Increased Range and Evade Chance.

That's a good idea. Have any idea for the stats of those?

Sorry I haven't got any idea of the Strength to give them but I was thinking of giving them some promotion for them that gives them extra line of sight.

No, there is a SPECIALUNIT_SEAPLANE which means that this unit can be launched from early Destroyers and Battleships. That is a rather nice and realistic feature, so I would like to leave it that way.
 
I take it you merged the Haitian culture with a preexisting effort to have designed the Hatti culture of the ancient middle east eh? (Neighbors of Ancient Syria) lol

That's the most common name.

Other names in use include; meteor, liu xing chui, dai chui, flying hammer or dragon's fist
