Beginning of Day Two
An unnamed guy who appears only for the purposes of this write-up woke up, and looked around. He at first took no note of the strange lighting, as he was more concerned that the place where he had awoken looked nothing at all like the place where he had fallen asleep. It also was very oddly lit, like there was a strange purple glow everywhere. No, wait, now it's a green glow...
Another unnamed guy awoke and saw the reason for both glows: There were two very large, menacing wormhole objects in the sky that glowed purple and green. Then he noticed that there was also a strange orange glow coming from one of the suns in the... wait a minute, suns? Why the hell was there more than one sun?
Closer examination showed that the orangish sun was actually inside of yet another wormhole. Where the hell were these coming from? Hell, which one had they come out of to get here?
It might not have even been one of the ones currently open; the purple wormhole abruptly closed, and a new, slightly different purple wormhole appeared in a different part of the sky.
The unnamed guys woke the rest of the town up. They briefly contemplated the wormholes, but before they could start talking about them, That Strange Hooded Guy That Shows Up A Lot In These Kinds of Situations To Explain Plot appeared.
"You need to run! Now! Or THEY will find you."
Strange Hooded Guy promptly disappeared in a puff of smoke.
The town kind of wondered who THEY could be, as the place they were in seemed pretty nice, aside from all the weird wormholes. A large grassy area, just outside of both a forest and a small town. Not wanting to go into the strange forest, they headed into the town.
That was their first mistake.
The small town looked... normal at first, until a little more time passed and the residents of the small town awoke, all at the same time, because they were Evil Pirate Vampire Ninja Zombie Robot Jesus Overlords. And there were at least a few dozen of them.
"Oh, good, our breakfast has arrived! Which one of you is it, though? We thought we explicitly told them that we only need one human a day, and keeping more is impossible. They spoil too quickly."
The town (not the EPVNZRJO guys, You guys, the ones who came through the wormholes) realized that they couldn't get out of this, so they voted on who would be left behind to be eaten by the Evil Pirate Vampire Ninja Zombie Robot Jesus Overlords.
That actually wasn't their second mistake. That would come in some other update.
