Germany and Canada already have confirmed players, I'll put you down for the others, but there's somebody ahead of you for both CSA and the Ottomans and with Afghanistan honestly you're not going to be able to do much of anything. The other Commonwealth realms at this point are Australia and South Africa.

1. Due to Spain generally being more stable and better off than OTL, they're a bit smaller, but definitely growing. The best comparison I can think of is to OTL France.
Edit: Also I should probably mention that the leftist movements in western European countries at this stage are more influenced by the Yanks than the Soviets, keep that in mind.
2. Frankly, I'm not sure. It's one of the few details of the mod that I never understood. It shouldn't be too difficult to justify, but I can't think of one off the top of my head.

The military ruleset reminds me a lot of the last ABNW. Any idea how soon we will see our stats/when you intend to begin the NES?
