NOTW LI: The Trial of Lilith [Suspended]

LOL @ Morgan. I had missed that connnection. Well done ekolite!

I wonder if we still have to feed the people in the tower...
if so, that could be waste of precious resources

I'm not sure. All I know is that she sounds like she wants us to kill her, which makes me think killing her might not be a good idea. Not yet, at least.

I hope that when the Crusader gets back to camp he assigns her to the tower and orders her execution while she is imprisoned so that fi she doesn't die, then she remains a prisoner of the tower.

GM Notice: Imprisoned players DO consume food. Also, can someone confirm that the end phase count down is appearing in my sig? For me it is in some posts but not in others... Pretty weird.

Night Two

The hunting party returned just before dusk, after walking tens of miles in search of creatures to slay. They had come across a band of imps, and managed to bring down two before the ugly creatures scattered to the wind, some mumbling incantations which caused them to vanish, or camouflage in with their dull surroundings. Sometime later, they found a horse-like Nightmare, which was feeding on the remains of a largely decomposed corpse. As Nintz the Warrior and Sprig the Crusder approached it, the animal lifted its blood-smeared head and turned to face the Crusader before charging straight at him, impaling him with its razor sharp horns. After a bitter struggle, Nintz finally brought the creature down.

Camp gains 16 Rations!
Sprig is seriously injured (-2 strength).

Once the creatures had been properly harvested and hung up to dry in the food pit, an awkward silence fell over the camp as it became clear that something must be done about the Old Lady's bizzare antics. The camp clearly suspected her of something, perhaps she was a follower of Lilith, or even the Succubus herself in disguise? The camp awaited the Captain's decision.

Once his injuries had been bandaged by Autolycus the Nurse, Sprig emerged from his tent and faced the group.

''I do not claim to know what the Old Lady is, but I think it is high time we tested these outlandish claims of immortality. The Old Lady is sentenced to death!''

KingMinotaur went to fetch her, dragging her from her tent as she screamed

''Nooo! But what about my spying?! I need to spy!''

''Your days of spying are over you nosy old crone!''

The woman, who must have been in her seventies at least, was bent over a large wooden barrel, with her neck exposed, and Seon the Traveller raised an large axe high above her head before swinging it down in an arc and severing it from her shoulders.

The Old Lady was:

Game Notes:

1. Send in you night orders now!

Ekolite is British, so it's unlikely. No doubt he was at work today, like most of the rest of the world. :)

Why do we not know if the old lady was innocent or not?

Because she's not dead, I would imagine.

Ekolite, is it possible to search her body?

If she had any items they would have been revealed and voted on but she did not. I didn't realise it was Thanksgiving! I hope all you yanks had a nice holiday, and as a special present from me you can have an extra 24 hours till the next phase.

No strategy posting at all, other posting to be kept to a minimum.

GM Notice: I forgot to mention in the update, ATPG has voluntarily entered the Tower. Here he will be protected from abilities requiring physical contact with the target, but will be at the mercy of the Captain.
