Mafia: The League of EEEEEVIL!!! [Game Thread - Concluded]

Happy New Year, everyone! Update in a few minutes (give or take 20)!

And... night over.

DUN DUN DUUUNNN!!!

NIGHT THREE​

The nights had seemed extra long the past few nights, but hey, it was not long after the winter solstice, that should be expected.

Neverwonagame3 was pretty sure he could sleep soundly. After all, he wasn't even on Earth, but on an alien space ship well above it.

He didn't notice when someone snuck on to his ship earlier in the night, when he was still on Earth.

He didn't notice when they crawled through the vents and reached the ship's control room.

He didn't notice until that someone, Kim Possible, hacked the controls to crash into the planet, then sabotaged them.

He heard the alarms going off, but couldn't do anything to escape, as Kim had already taken one escape pod and jettisoned all the others.

All he could do was curse her while his starship burned and eventually disintegrated in the atmosphere.

The man ran for his life. He'd been sleeping soundly until that giant robot started firing missiles at the building he was in.

"Come on, two nights in a row someone has attacked me? Can't I catch a break?"

He continued running until finally, the robot tried aiming a bit differently and the floor collapsed under him.

As he looked up, he noticed that the missiles had weakened the building's support.

A lot.

The robot fired a few more missiles and the entire building collapsed. Confident the man was dead, it left.

But he was still alive.


....


The villains awoke happy to see a negative trend emerging in dead bodies per night, and there wasn't even an injury this time.

Still, one kill was one too many. They had to find the Good Guys, before it was too late...

Also want some clarification from Kennigit and spaceman as to what their stoush is all about. My feel at the moment is spaceman is involving himself in another misunderstanding in the same vein as the one that got him mislynched in LotR v SW.

Death sucks. Sorry about this spaceman, but I'm checking the spoilers.

I suppose I should announce this right now, since its basically common knowledge anyways: I am bulletproof. That is my sole ability. I will post more stuff and analysis tomorrow morning evening, after I wake up

I kept this hidden hoping to absorb mafia kills, from scum who might think that somebody is protecting me and I am hence useful. At this point though, that's no longer feasible.

Since I haven't gotten the info yet, one last suggestion I'd be thinking through. I would have done this to contribute to my private thoughts if I hadn't gotten knifed.

Why not look through the patterns of each individual Mafia we've identified, and try and theorise on what sort of personality would make the choices they did to kill? I can't since I'm fairly new, but some of you may be better at profiling.

Sorry for not being so active, I've been on vacation. I'm going to try to get caught up on the plane ride back tonight.

I'll wait until some hangovers are cured and activity rises a bit to make my judgement for the day.

For anyone wanting to look closer at this line of thought, this is what we have.

Kim Possible has killed Nintz, Zack and Neverwonagame
Giant Robot killed Verarde and tried to kill the man.
Shadow figure killed robbiecon (possibly same person as giant robot)
Azula has killed SouthernKing and tried to kill the man. Wasn't seen night 3.

One extra thing: The man who was targetted by Azula and the robot was most likely spaceman.

What shows have giant robots in them? Then maybe we can clear up whether this is a vig/SK/Mafia.

though from my role, I have a minor-enough-character-but-rememberable-for-anyone-who-watched-the-show that a robot bad guy could be in anything really.

though, it still is possible some scum have a cover role. Heck, "the man" [who should be spaceman] said something a bit different about himself, though correct me if I'm wrong on that.

re azza: the main discrepancy is that people do not believe I am a double voter, which is understandable. Spaceman also isn't too clear about my relation to azula, since it's not like I am bidding azula round. Quite the opposite really.

also minor funky details catching me up, such as how (from my impression/what I was told) neverwonagame saw attacks that would result in "death" but, if bulletproof, spaceman wouldn't be eligible to be seen. Just as how neverwonagame did not see visorslash's injury coming (though possibly orders changed, etc). Also classic high-tension-but-meaningless give/take on both our parts (such as him originally denying how he survived).

Neverwonagame obviously did see spaceman though, so I guess that clears it up. GM must know.

Worst. Vote. Ever. There's no basis for it. As Azzaman explained, out of all of the lurkers, Visor is the most understandable, having subbed in last. He/She is also injured. If past games like SW vs. LOTR are anything to go by, injured people cannot use their abilities anyways. No evidence is given, not even the barest "your a lurker, you die now" comment. fos: Jaremma. Another thing I don't really like is that when I informed you of my buletproofness, there were two people trying to kill me. One of them was probably the robot. The other though is unclear. BTW there were, at that point, three people being targeted with kills, none of which included neverwon (should I reveal who the third intended victim of earlier tonight was?). Since then, one of the people targeting me switched off, and neverwon got targeted (and Azule, along with the second intended victim of earlier in the night went missing).

Kennigit was one of very few people who actually asked me about neverwon after I announced that I knew his/her ability in thread. I responded honestly. Neverwon was then killed by the mafia, one of the people targeting me stopped doing so, and the mafia killed tonight. vote: Kennigit though I think that people who have more info about Azule (most importantly, whether he/she targeted me early tonight) have a clearer picture of the situation than I do.

Also, Jarremma if you don't explain yourself, I will switch to going after you.
