It is with great sadness I announce the passing of my grandfather Michael Linz today, on October 27th, 1956. Now, while the will is mainly dictated towards my family, I will read the applicable parts to members of the 4th international, the estate of Logan Whitmeyer, and George Washington Bigfoot.

The Last Will and Testament of Michael Linz

I, Michael Linz, in good health and good state of mind, hereby delegate the manner of my estate and property following my death to the following individuals. To my dearest grandson, Cornelius, my only heir, grandson to my late wife Eleanor and son of my late heir Nicholas, I leave you my estate in Washington, DC, and all property not delegated further in this will. It is yours and you have earned every cent of it through your own work. I could not be prouder of my grandson and I could not wish for a better person to continue on my legacy. For the adopted daughter of Montezuma "Moai", Luna, I leave you my first edition of Das Kapital, my letters I have exchanged between myself and Leon Trotsky. I also leave you 2.5 million dollars, to further your crusade and struggle, also for use you see fit. To the estate of Logan Whitmeyer, I leave 5 million dollars to further the research of this new pneumonia virus. To the one named George Washington Bigfoot, I leave you the letters your father and I shared, along with 1.5 million dollars from my own personal estate, for you to personally use and expend in the way you see fit. I thank each and every one of you for your personal sacrifices and joys I shared with you in life. Thank you all for being at my side, yourselves and your parents, through the good times, the bad, the wars, and sacrifices. It is with this in my heart I can retire to my eternal rest in peace.

As the US elections come to a close with a pro-war president likely to win, the foreigners that we're supposedly going to be "helping" rise in anger with protests, riots, and Anti-American posters. The Vatican and the Muslims of Makka has even denounced America as the Anti-Christ!

I voted for Hallinan because he's the only candidate who promises to stay neutral. Honestly people, we need to re-solidify our own powerbase before we can be involved in what is likely to be another World War. We aren't moral crusaders.

Well, I'm curious...why has this sentiment just now erupted, considering we occupied the Mid East nearly fifty years ago and Anti-American sentiment was quite low. I understand a lot has changed since then, but to the best of my knowledge, Browder never attacked the Mid East or Catholicism.
 
OOC: My thoughts would be that it has been boiling till the sentiment reached a breaking point. With the point on Catholicism and the Middle East, we're viewed as just as bad as Germany for a mixture of the remnants of hatred towards Browder's acts, people just wanting America to stop intervening in other countries business, and America's past war-mongering. Thus, we have built a reputation as a warhawk country who will only do things for their own benefit. The past does catch up to you you know.

With the nation in panic from fear of nuclear attack, the majority of Americans put their vote towards the Democratic Party. Promising a peaceful solution to Japanese occupation, and a promise to help the British with their war against Germany, Averell Harriman has won with a narrow marginal victory of 53%.
