Dawn of Russians

Ok, let's make it clear. I won't move my personal residence. Moreover, I won't accept to be decided by a referendum or Duma, it is just redicolous. I decide where I want to stay at nights.

However, Duma can discuss where Duma hearquarters and over public services should be (OOC: the "palace" building). Duma and I are responsible for that and the coversation should be discussed there. Since there isn't any bill proposal deposited in Duma, I consider there is no such matter for the time being.

There is my bill.

Chill DKVM. I'm just saying it's a bad idea.

I wasn't extremely angry or even majorly frustrated so I don't need to "chill." I was emphasizing something I had already told people in public many times.

Wilhelm Borys: So hear this Feodor Suvorov (Matthias I) - Prince of Ukraine and Poland, the promise is actually a referendum to move the capital to your birth city, not a guaranteed act. Perhaps things weren't as they seemed to be? We know that you voted for the National Party, but it's never too late to change sides. We are the true respectful party of Tradition, not Angelos and his unitarian and dubious views.

OOC: BTW, why some people don't have their rp names displayed and other do have? I want my name there :p

Dude, Matthias was the one who convinced me not to push for a capital change PLUS he's the co-head of the party. Do you honestly think he'll change sides?

You literally said in the one group that you aren't mad unless you have everything capitalized. That is precisely what you said. Regardless, let us not argue on this.

No I didn't. Here is the post you're speaking of.

I'm not infuriated with you. I've said it before that using caps, bolding, and exclamation marks on less than the whole sentence means "emphasis." Having ALL the words capitalized and bolded mean that I'm angry. For future reference, if I make a sentence with only exclamation and not the other two, it means I'm frustrated but not angry yet. You also have to take context into account. I said "I believe you read my comment too fast" which lends more evidence towards the sentence afterwards being emphasis rather than anger. If it was angry, I wouldn't have begun with a "neutral" sentence. I'm not someone who would instantly get mad for no important or given reason. Here is the part I was speaking of adding as an option.

W. Borys: BTW Orlov, Emperor Nicholas wants you to officially report our names to him, in order for him to show them appropriately in Duma records and stuff...

The House of Nobles has officially become known as the Populist Party

CaterpillarKing- Grigoryevich Orlov (Head of the Populist Party)
Spirictum- Wilhelm Borys (Co-head of the Populist Party)

Saint Petersburg is in an uproar over the Tsar not allowing the Duma to choose where the capital should be! They demand he abdicate and the country becomes a republic at once before he grows even more tyrannical!

He said we can choose where the capital is, he just won't move his own house.

RIOT IN SANKT-PETERPBURG
A small group of protesters clashed with police in Sankt-peterburg. Order was restored in about an hour.

JOURNALIST ARRESTED AS ABETTOR
Journalist arrested for planting false news. According to the police his article claimed that Tsar refused capital transfer. Police believe he is the abettor of the riot.

ABETTOR RELEASED
Journalist was released. His newspaper editor apologised via an article in his newspaper and fired him. The newspaper guild deleted him from its lists.

Some idle wag at the Peterburg Club (a Dane if I remember correctly, Hans Christian something or other;)) suggested a nude calendar as a great fundraising idea to help fix the economy.

So who wants to take "Orlov" for good of nation?

:mischief::lol:

After the elections of 1792 Manuel Angelos was appointed prime minister.

Military production stopped.

Urbanisation program:
All research programs were cancelled. The government funded instead a large-scale urbanisation program. Although the details weren't specified already, Tsar couldn't wait for more months. Urbanisation should proceed.

Tsar requested to hire builders all over the empire. It would speed up urbanisation drastically.

Some territories were too arid and needed their farms. Urbanisation had to take place in rocky lands.

After Russian help, French engaged in a frantic series of conquests against minor states like Kingdom of Two Sicilies. Unfotrunately, they underestimated Germans and Russian analysts estimated France would collapse in the near future.

The ubranisation program increased the primary tax output by 4,375% in this term. However, it isn't wide spread yet.

Our economic analysts estimate that it requires more than 100 years to see urban development fully developped. This estimation is based on the assuption that all lands to be urbanised are urbanised by 1800, which is not true.

A major administrative center is under construction in Xian, it will be finished by next term.

All terms are increased to 20 years. This means there are about 11 terms left.

The story will update once a week (every Sunday, moskva time). Two days will be elections (Monday and Tuesday). The rest days are for Duma to function properly, and the government to finilse policies.

Winning government policy will be followed. Duma works suplementarily. Tsar may put some policies on Duma vote, if he considers them of great importance.

So 11 terms=11 weeks=3 months (approximately).

Well, as apparently my term is up, I would like to announce my retirement from politics. BTW citis, I had completed all of my bills but you don't appear to want them.

Your cooperation is appreciated. The bills can still apply in the next term, especially the bills refering to city transfers.

EDIT: To be honest I'm curious to see them.
