Return to Ciretako - Night 4 - Duel

Flip Hero's Log: "Oh no, oh no, I think Im the only one left . . . that monstrous thing has wrecked the engine cores and its still not slowing down. . ."
The ship hadn't moved in a long time, that much was obvious. Floating around the depths of space, its secrets hidden from the world at large. Not that there was much left anyway. The Elite class robot was guarding the next room, the computer told me. It didn't have heavy firepower or armour plating, it was just a smarter soldier. No wonder it was in command of this base.
I charged in firing my laser. The elite responded calmly, dodging my shots and returning fire. This would be a battle of attrition, one that I could not afford to lose. I managed to corner the elite and fired a few shots, but his expel manoeuvre fired bullets in every direction forcing me to take cover. It was a powerful move, capable of decimating many smaller machines but damaged the user in return. The duel continued, each of us taking shots when it looked likely to hit, the other attempting to move out of the way and stay in a good position for the next salvo.
The Elite's blast hit me and I could feel my suit temperature rising. My right arm had stopped responding, I would have to fix that after this fight. If there was an after. I charged into the elite ramming it against the wall while it fired into my suit. Cold mechanical eyes stared back as I blasted a hole in its gun, it was now defenseless. The Elite began to shake and shudder. Fearful of its damage I began to retreat hoping to find cover. It exploded bullets flying around the room, but all of them missing.
It was a tough enemy, but it was eventually outlasted by my superior firepower. I made it to the next repair station and began to fix the damage before the smoke ruined any more circuits.
Legato Endless was not a powerful machine. Phazes were notorious for having weak defensive systems, but the tradeoff was their fast movement and ability to shift through walls. Legato chose wrongly this night as he warped into a room with no machines. His scanners couldn't detect any lifeforms, so he continued his exploration. The first shot missed, blasting a hole in the wall. Legato attempted to the way he came, but the walls were covered in flames, the room was on fire, but the structural elements were still holding. There was no way he could make it through that, so he turned to fight with what little weapons he had.
A roar followed as another explosion rocked the ship. Legato never reappeared for duty.

Statement: I could not help but notice the Verarde being has been replaced with the AskthePizzaGuy being for the same job duty. And now we have a second kill we have not seen since night two. This is a placeholder vote until we hear further:AskthePizzaGuy. Also specimens of interest include choxorn and Arakhor for making numerous statements that have contributed little, if anything, to the overall conversation. I'd love to hear more about your nighttime subroutines.

I have not been following along, can someone give me a summary of all interesting happenings to date?

Jarrema claims to be part of a town network with at least a scanner and a blocker. The scanner had scanned KingMorgan as non-organic. The blocker blocked me on night one when there was only one kill and Cyosis the night before last when there also was a single kill (of a mafia).
At day one jht was lynched after Sprig broke the tie just before the end of the day. KaiserElectric posted before that but didn't vote.

Has the blocker blocked Coyosis or me a second time? If not, why?
I have no active night ability so the claimed block didn't do anything.

I have a long list of nights inactive, and thus no results to give you for my amazing scanning power which can determine whether or not someone can "use a gun". My guess is there is at least one enemy unit in the game which can. But probably allied units also can. So how useful this is, marginal perhaps. But I will report all the data I get.
I am a machine that looks like a commercial airliner from the side. Sort of. With a tooth on the nose of the plane.
As to Backwards Logic's point about a new kill being seen, it would appear to be incriminating. I don't have a defense, I would suggest looking into the roleblock pattern a bit and also considering if the proper target was roleblocked, immediately continuing with the kill the next night would be incriminating.
Further, on my own review of the game so far I have noted that "flip hero" and "mother" might have been vital or important members of team... what, "threat?". It may have taken that team some time to build in strength enough to perform a murder.
Have any strength boosting items been given out?
