The real problem is spreading to Toku and Cathy. They are both running Theocracy. :( Our missionary ages ago failed with Toku. Double :(

Mao we can spread to a city and gift it back to him so no problem.

We could take a city from Toku and try to do the same thing.

We could try to use the EP slider against them after we are done teching to force civics changes maybe? I don't know for sure.

EP slider just in case might be a good idea. Send some spies over to Cathy to influence civics if she converts back. Maybe have them close by in a boat as to not incur any spy penalties.

However, I'm mostly unsure about whether to convert to Christianity, or to capture the AP for ourselves. If we do the latter, we can stay in FR (right?) and not worry about Cathy's religion at all. Just should make sure the percentages are ok.

Come to think of it, if we're Christian our votes count double, don't they? That would make capturing the AP and staying in FR even more practical, possibly.
 
Really need to set up a test for the mechanics of the AP. I just don't have enough experience or time to search out the information.

We have a GM for a trade mission. Not far off tanks and infantry. If we start razing and resettling shortly it won't take long to hit the dom limit.

Might have to wait for the AP vote anyway. Plus its more fun.. :lol:

Troubles I can see if we go for an AP victory. Attacking Toku. How long will it take for him to talk? Remember we can't gift back a city as part of peace talks. Mao probably the same.

Tech Elec > AL, try to trade for Rifling asap.

Sell PP to Liz for 100 gold.

Try to spread Christianity as an option for AP win.

Build order = troops > whip happy infra if needed > wealth

Capture or open as much land as possible! We have a long way to go. I always thought tech would be our limiting factor. Not sure now. Build settlers.

Reallocate troops. We have a number of obsolete troops that can be used for MP's, freeing up better units.

Roll up China from W > E and set up for Japan.

Set up for Mansa E > W, targeting his core cities first.
 
Don't forget the trade mission.. GM in 3Clams. Also time to set off our last GA.

Edit also don't forget to upload before and after gifting the "Summer Palace" :)

Draft. Indeed start spewing settlers. Whip. We can start being rather ruthless to our peoples. And other peoples but Russians too! If the troop counts allows it, the more fronts we're fighting simultaneously, the quicker we win.
 
Isabella to +3! Major blunder leaving that out of the PPP, but I also didn't say I was going to gift the city. We have 10 turns forced peace with Isa. Don't plan on gifting during my set, but increasing relations is a top priority.

Trade mission question, where to? Walata seems to be our highest value trade route, followed by Moscow, Timbuktu and Kumbi Saleh. Walata is closest, so I will head there I guess.

Looking more closely, we need more boats sleepless! Boats going in every direction!
 
We can always up grade galleons to transports once we have industrialism in. Those and battleships/marines should make short work of most coastal civs. :)

Noticed at the start of the next turn that we are +3 with Isa. I think we should make the gift of the summer home now.
