The Middle East has at last found respite from terrorism in the MEC, but many hardliners seek to spread their influence across all Muslim nations, especially Iran, and some still seek to destroy the “Israeli blemish” once and for all. Indonesia and India where some of the few countries that were able to ride out the crisis while maintaining its old government, and while Australia transitioned to leftism, the Japanese found solace in the right wing ideology of old. Perhaps most confusing sits China, with its strange Maoist democracy and charmingly irresistible demagogue. And of course in Africa, the African Federation and the West African Federation, called the League of Benin by many to avoid confusion, are both rising powers who have plenty of potential to grow. For these new superpowers, their citizens are eager and willing to serve their leadership after the decades of turmoil, and hope to see the fruits and spoils of their regimes. For time keeping preferences, I have changed the turns from months to seasons. This will be Winter (January-March). This will have 0 effect on gameplay.

Stability has changed from every 10% above/below 50% to every 5%. Please plan accordingly.

Orders will be due Friday at 5 PM PST. Orders that are in before Thursday, 11:59 PM PST will receive a small stability boost of appreciation (2%). Orders that are in on Friday by 5 PM PST will have a boost of 1%. Orders that are on Saturday will receive a 2% stability deduction.

Yes to both. You can change the army names too, just not their composition

History:

After years of political chaos due to the turmoil caused by the global economic collapse, Ignacio Mendez, leader of the fascist ANP, which had seen it's ranks swelled by many unemployed Argentinians, managed to get power in 2030 through a march by his supporters and army units on Buenos Aires. After this bloodless coup, Ignacio Mendez was declared Consul of Argentina.

In a referendum in 2032, the people approved by 78% a new constitution which made Ignacio Mendez Consul for life and banned all political parties except for the ANP. In 2033, the 'Great Purge' was launched which decimated the Argentinian military and police officers, thus eliminating any threat to the Consul. In 10nth August 2034, the 'Night of Death' took place, during which army units loyal to the Consul ambushed and exterminated the paramilitary forces of the ANP, thus destroying the last obstacle for total control of the country.

Now, Ignacio Mendez is supreme ruler of Argentina and ready to expand his Empire across the continent.
