Does anyone have PolicyPlus+ saved?

With the latest update it disappeared from Steam Workshop and downloading the file from the original thread here:

Has a zip file containing a windows shortcut.

It was my favorite policy mod and I'd be endlessly happy if anyone still has it in their mod folder or similar and could share it again.

I had V5 of the mod in the PolicyPlus+ (v 5).civ5mod version of the mod. If the forum software messes that, I can upload the thing as the xx.civ5mod file within a zipped folder, which I know will work.

You'll have uncompress the file PolicyPlus+ (v 5).civ5mod either by using 7zip or Winrar or something (not sure if winzip will recognize) and then copy to your My Games/Sid Meiers' Civilization 5/MODS folder.

Alternately you can copy the PolicyPlus+ (v 5).civ5mod to the ~/MODS folder and let the game unpack it the next time you start up the game and go into the MODS menu.

[edit]The file attached will seem to want to save to your downloads folder as "attachment.php", which I know 7z will be able to open and look at but not sure about winzip.
