The Modern India Split: 29 States, 29 Civilisations

This is an attempt to split the (modern) country of India into all of its different states: starting from the south, slowly going up north. I will try and add a new civilisation as often as possible.

One thing to note is that since this is based on modern India, there will not be as many Unique Units. Therefore, expect a lot of civilisations with Unique Buildings and Unique Improvements!

Here it goes! Please provide feedback and criticise as much as possible.

Unique Ability: God's Own Country
After researching Flight, gain +2 tourism from coastal cites and cities adjacent to a river and +4 tourism from lake and mountain tiles.

Unique Building: Government School
The Unique Public School of the Keralite civilisation. Along with normal Public School bonuses, each additional point of science that this city generates over the average increases generation of Great People by 1%, up to a maximum of 25%.

Unique Improvement: Acreage
The Acreage is the Unique Improvement of the Keralite civilisation. Unlocked at Chemistry. +1 food . +2 food if adjacent to fresh water. +2 food after researching Fertiliser if NOT adjacent to fresh water. If adjacent to coast, the Acreage will spawn a source of the luxury resource Coconut on its tile. If next to a mountain, the Acreage will spawn a source of the luxury resource Tea or Coffee (chosen randomly) on its tile. If on a hill, the Acreage will spawn a source of the luxury resource Rubber on its tile. Improves Coconut, Tea, Coffee and Rubber.
