What would your Christmas Wish for future Civilization games, be it Beyond Earth or Civilization VI?

Yeah I had a dyslexia moment there.

The Grand Question: In their fully expanded, patched, final final form...
Civ 4 or 5?

Also, as Civ/grand strategy fans, what are some of your favorite non-Firaxis strategy games?

Dan, you were recently on a podcast roundtable on listener interaction and feedback. What did you take away from it? Will you make any changes to *Cast based on the podcast?

1) Do you think Civ design says much about our modern culture and views? How do you think Civ would be different if it was made, say, 100 years ago (assuming people suddenly get access to the same computing power back then)? Or can you imagine different view on Civ from some specific culture - China, India etc?

2) Had Paradox games change perception of usual Civ 4X formula? Those games generally don't have the same defined structure and pacing. They also do not give you the same level of control over your faction and the world in general. Does it make Civ formula feel overplayed or dated?

3) Can you make an official statement that will once and for all end thought crimes about Civ games needing Total War style tactical combat?

How would have historical leaders behaved if they had a copy of one of the Civilisation games?
