Not optimal, used youtien's trick with liberated 2nd city to another civs (Bulgarians) for free units - 3 HA. Capture Constantinople for easy money(with save/load ofc)

I didn't use such nasty abuses (will be gone anyway when I revise the flip / defection mechanics), also didn't reload my game even once
Will finish my testgame tonight, but as I said I'm pretty sure it's doable

I've been trying to edit the Python files but when I click save it says I don't have permission to do it. Specifically, the RFCEMaps file - I wanted to change the Scottish city names from Scots to Scottish Gaelic, as well as move some cities around that I felt were too far from their IRL locations. Is there a way to enable editing of these files, or is it not possible?

This is not an RFCE specific problem, but a (small) issue with your administrator rights. Just give yourself administrator rights for all files and you should be able to edit the files.
(right-click on the RFCE folder -> properties)
Where do you want to edit those?
In your own version you should be able to do it without any issues. Maybe check admin rights?
Write access on SVN (sourceforge) is limited to the developers of the mod.
Nevertheless it doesn't really matter.
If you have some improvements, just upload/suggest them here on the forum.

Hi - I got a CTD in my Spanish game - just purge Islam from Fez and hit end of turn (happens also without purging Islam) ... thx, it is 1.3.1 patched, no SVN.
Here's my contribution: SVN 1195 as Venice, Windows 10.
Just conquered Tangeri, plague hit Firense. CTD at the end of turn.
Fortunately no CTD under Windows 7, I could continue this game.
Well, here's another one from the same game (Venice SVN 1195 on Windows 10).
In the meantime I worldbuilded walls and castle in Tangeri, as conquering that only city the Krak des Chevaliers didn't do its job.
I even tried SVN 1196, but it still crashes. And again, it's all right on Windows 7.
After so many years, finally I could do all 3 Arabian UHV. However it's not that important, during the game I found some strange things.
ss1: 2 great spy i not enough for a Golden Age. I had only 1 for 2 uhv done, no gp were used before.
ss2: the Zymmajads (or who) revolt. at stability ~ +120 the chance they are stay is -6% WTH?
ss3: If an empty city go indy, it gains 1 defender, out of nothing. Its BAD!!! delete this feature pls, if it is. Or its apply the new 1 defender system, instead of two. But its new indies never got, only player/AI.
ps: it seems doable on emperor too. also broke my stability record, also I were at -110 stability in this game and did not collapsed. also having cities in border/foreign territory still core-city went indy!
