the Bush's speeches are amazing...saddam's clapping, Chirac's laughing, Berlusconi is very involved, even Blair, standing in the back of the room, agrees with the text. Only few members (we don't know exactly their names) don't give a s.ht of what he's saying.

Wow Crazy Eddie, that is some excellent editting; very nicely done !!! I hope one day my photoshop skills get up to a level like yours (all the images I have posted are literrally all photoshop experience I have).
However, I do not really think your picture is "funny", but there's no debating humor as that is a personal thing.
