I really like the new barb camp, but I was wondering if someone could do a version with a plain black flag. The skull and crossbones are a little campy to me. But still, great work on redoing it and I also think your escarpments are excellent.

No problem here you go, I was thinking that this flag could be easily modified with its placement. Stripes, crosses, whatever....

Excellent work. I am hoping some of this will work for my Jurassic park Mod. I need some new terrain designed for my Mod to fit with the Jurassic Era. Who would be a good person to ask about making such a terrain as I need for this Mod? Thanks.

WOW- great fortress there :eek:

I was wondering if I could could give me some advice on this one: I am using some modified Rome (TM), ancient buildings and would like the background terrain tile to blend through. I have however tried and everytime it looked rather odd, so I ended up leaving it as it was. Which bits should I remove, which should stay (namely about the ancient and industrial colony, and the barbarian camp)?

I don't know what to say. I would just make whatever is the ground fushsia (pink), so it is transparent.

If it is just the structures and the walls you you want to show then yes.

Take a look at post #3 on this thread, I was using the same modern fortress and modern barricaded fortress that you are showing in your post #29, except I have removed the ground around the buildings. the terrain then shows through fine and it doesn't look like a cover pasted over the tile.

I would say to make your requests on the Creations & Customization Forum and if some is interested/capable then the work may get done for you.

I feel bad that I have been using this cities for the last couple of years and I do not know who made them :blush:

I will post them here until you tell me you have grabbed them.

I will then remove them because I am running out of space :cry:

and have been removing files to make room for my newer posts. I will need this space back shortly.

If somebody could re-post them, perhaps with some previews and for now state that the author is anonymous until someone can identify him. (I thought it might be Amenhotep IV, but these are diffrent than the ones he has posted. :confused:

)

I will post them as soon as I finish them- or did u want to know where one can find these in general (for the colony buildings et al you need to own Rome)

@Pounder, now that I removed the "floor" and replaced it with the background colour I seem to get problems when a tile with a fort is upgraded with additional buildings from the far right row: It transforms into the colony icon (and half the fort is sticking out

). I may have to revert my changes...
