I had this conversation before, and even bookmarked it on my home computer, but there is no search option right now, and I don't have i-net at home right now.

1. Is the resource bug that makes two resources appear if you build a city directly on the (36th)? resource still active?

2. if so, could someone clarify this bug... also someone had a great workaround that placed the bonus resources in certain slots, but I cannot remember it.

The bug is still there... that workaround was by me (R). However... I myself don't remember it ... :P

So... whenever a resource is connected to a city unconnected to the capital... you also get additional "ghost" resource that will be n+32 (or was it n+16?) number from the resource index (and if there are no more slots, it starts from slot 0 again). To avoid it you had to somehow make sure that a luxury or strategic is never 16

I dont remember what was the point, but I had to place bonus resources in slots 1-11, then put strategics and luxuries, and then again bonus (so in warhammer mod bonus res. are 1-11 and 31-36). Also, this works only up to 42 resources.. if you have more there's no way to avoid the bug I think. Not very helpful but a bit I hope...
 
I thought I would add, it is 32.

So if you have more than 32 resources, resources 1 and 33 will be coupled if you build a city right on top, as well as 2 and 34, 3 and 35... etc. The best solution is to make one of each pair a bonus resource.
