Oh Yeah? Khmer a minute! 3D Era-Specific Animated leaderhead for the Khmer

Outstanding work with the Jayavarman leaderhead! I had been using the one-era Ho Chi Mihn leaderhead all of this time. This is wonderful!

Hmmm, possibly architects-though most of the time the Kings got credit for designing the temples.

Whoever wrote the Reamker?

Inventor of the alphabet?

BTW-didn't Gajah Mada work for the Majapahit empire? I have him as military leader for the Malay civ.
 
I like everything in the update except the fancier helmet in the middle ages - are you enhancing his clothes as well to match up with the changes so far?

P.S. I don't have too much trouble with the relative height of the faces in either the old or the new version, but after playing with the old one so long now its hard to get used to the new one! :crazyeye:
 
Not yet done with the Middle Ages. Thats just the direction I'm moving in. Will absolutely do more work on his clothing. Here's an example of what I'm shooting for:

I think his face is now too short - I preferred the earlier draft in that regard. It looks squashed (I'm on a 1280x1024 too so that may affect it, but none of the Firaxis leaders look that squashed IMO)

The revision will contain:

-Adjusted Snake in the Ancient Era
-Pith in the Industrial Era
-Maybe still squash him, but a lot less. Like they are in the PCX's. I really like how Jayavarman looks on the diplomacy screen.

Will see what I can do with the Middle Age. Main problem I'm having is creating a texture map for the helmet. Can add a solid design, but no detail without the map. Know how to create maps UV Mapper for .OBJ files, but haven't figured out prop files yet.
 
How can I add civilization with the ace file. A lot of those leaderheads here its on .ace format. And its not working. What I'm doing wrong. I download some on flc file and works fine. Any budy can help?
