HAI-RANDO Build Queues for 610AD TCIT:

Build Queues & Laborer allocation:
Epolenep: Marketplace, Samurai

Regent Town: Marketplace, University

Manchai: Marketplace, Library

Nihilon: Library, Catapult
Laborer Allocation: move from regular grassland to irrigated Desert for 1 or 2 additional shields and 1 or 2 additional commerce at the cost of 1 food.

Gerunshi: Pike, Pike, Marketplace, Pike
Laborer Allocation: move from unimproved plains to irrigated plains for additional food and commerce.

TDB: Library, Worker, Catapult

New or captured towns: Library, Catapult

Suggested worker actions:
Epolenep needs to have cleared land and mined hills. The workers near Regent Town should be moved to clear and irrigate forests near Epolenep and then mine the hills.

We are teh leet dawgs at this moment (just wanted that in the log), so there are no trades. The onlything even remotely interesting would be a trade to Russia involving banking and 39gpt, but we dont want to trade banking yet. So trade has no instructions at this point. Just a request that on T5 you go around and see the state of things.
Yes, this has been a wordy post to waste space. But you know you like it regardless.

SaaM
MoT

Buildqueues
Fanatikku Samurai Worker University
Furuyama Pike Worker Catapult
Immo Samurai Workers (*) University
Zojoji Pike University Bank

(*) = During and after Immo builds the Samurai; keep it at high food. As long as Immo can produce 10 shields per turn, build workers. When it has less than 10 spt; start University.

Wonders
If a Zarnian city is chosen for a Wonder-build; it should be included into the queue in this way:

Fanatikku: Immediately.
Furuyama: Ignore it. Furuyama is not a proper Wonder location due to its size and low SPT. Furuyama is not available for Wonder production.
Immo: Immediately.
Zojoji: Immediately. But in that case, I will ask the Minister of Defense to Increase Zojoji's defense force with a pike.

Special DP right
If any of Zarnia's cities can be "smarter" micro-managed; the DP is free to do so, if (and only if) we are wasting food or shields.

City Naming Office Instructions

Renaming

Many Roman cities have been captured and need renaming, as well as some new cities. They are to be renamed the following:
-Ravenna will be renamed Port Solema, by request of Babbler.
-Hispalis will be renamed Ominato, by request of msz4.
-Viroconium will be renamed Kagemusha, by request of Provolution.

-Rome will not be renamed, as is tradition with wonder sites and former capitals. A poll will be held on what to rename it, if anything.

-TBD (Neo-Neapolis) will be renamed Drachenfels, by request of Annatar.
-TBD 2 (North Corrino) will be renamed Duckburg, by request of Ankka.

-Balder's Gate (Pompeii) will be renamed Baldur's Gate, to fix a spelling error.

New Cities

Any city founded or captured this turn should be named in the following order.
1. Grumpypuss
2. Hill Valley
3. Izanagi-No-Mikoto
4. Wakashio
5. Yatta

Any further names can be found in the City Name Registry

Science Ministry
Research Economics. Then please stop the chat, if you really really dont want to stop the chat research the winner of this poll:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=102114

If you plan on going on past economics please post a placeholder in this thread stating the winner and the # of votes the winner has at the time of the TC starting. (To avoid confusion again....)

Odawara: Bank (4) >> University (9)
En'Gha: Granary (3) >> University (14) >> Bank (11)
Corrino: Cathedral (3) >> University (16)
Shorin-Ryu: University (8) >> Bank (6); or Wonder
TBD2(Duckburg): Library
- switch mine to grasland after the temple is built
*Roman cities: Temples >> Courthouses (workers in DP discretion)
Rome:

Workers

Odawara: Irrigate floods and build 1 mine
Engha: Irrigate floods and build 1 mine
Corrino: Clear 1 forest (Corrino can't grow)
TBD2(Duckburg): Build mines on 2 grasslands, clear the jungles

Laborers:

Rome, Ravenna and Hispalis laborers can either work or be used as specialists (at DP discretion).

Roman war - "peace in our time" (or at least for another 10 years or so)
Make peace with Rome once the resistance in Viroconium has ended, according to (nearly) the same formula as last tc:
1. Any new cities founded.
2. Technology
3. Gold
4. GPT
5. Maps
(obviously 1gpt is better than 19g, but if it's a choice between 20g and 1 gpt, take the 20g)

Extra Instruction subject to veto by Military Minister
Those Iroquois units on their way through to the North - let them pass through, but if they start coming back, and we're in a position to defend ourselves if they declare war, tell them to leave. The purpose of doing so is to keep their offensive units on our northern side, where they can be quickly mopped up and can't hide in cities behind their spearmen, then attack us when we get close.

...and the rest
I think that's about all we can do. We've renegotiated peace with France, Babylon, Zulu already, and we certainly don't want to go renegotiating peace with the Iroquois when we're about to attack them. The DP has authority to accept any ROP agreements with nations from the other continent, since they can't really do anything with them at the moment. After this tc I'll look into the possibility of selling useless ROPs to the other continent. If anyone on our continent declares war, stop the turnchat. If anyone on the other continent declares war, don't worry about it.

Osgiliath: barracks, university
switch forest to flood plain
after two turns (when the barracks completes), switch the flood plain back to the forest

Sto'vo'kor: market, harbor, cathedral

Windurst: aqueduct, marketplace
switch coast to jungle silks
when the aqueduct completes, reapportion the laborers

Pete: courthouse, marketplace, cathedral
switch flood plain to desert
after one turn (when courthouse completes), switch desert back to flood plain

Bentropolis: courthouse, worker, barracks, pikeman

Viroconium: temple, courthouse
switch desert to flood plain
after one turn, switch flood plain to taxman or scientist (allowing Pete to use the flood plain)

Suggested worker actions:
mine a couple of hills near Osgiliath
mine grassland near Sto'vo'kor (please don't irrigate the desert, I would rather irrigate the flood plains and mine the desert)
mine grassland and chop jungle near Windurst
mine grassland and hills near Pete
mine hills and grassland near Bentropolis
connect Viroconium by roads

New cities should start production on a courthouse, pikeman, or temple, up to the DP's discretion (it doesn't really matter because it won't finish this turnchat anyways)

If Swazi flips, have it produce workers, with no specialists.

Sliders
Science: Maximum Spending while maintianing Non-Negative GPT. (If multiple levels give same Research time, go with the one giving us more GPT.)
Exception: If a better Level of Sci spending brings us into debt by no more than 1/100th of our current treasury (fractions dropped) then that level will be authorized.
i.e. 0-99 = 0 GPT Min
100-199 = -1 GPT Min
200-299 = -2 GPT Min, etc.

Luxury: Keep at 0% Except if a resource is pillaged, OR if Three (3) of the cities on this List goes into Disorder/has Specialists Active:

Fanatikku (3!), Furuyama, Immo (2), Epolenep, Zojoji (2), Odawara (2), Shorin-Ryu (3!), Regent, Corrino (2), Nihilion, Osgiliath (2), En'Gha(2), Sto'Vo'Kor (2), Windurst (2), Pete, Manchai

Otherwise, use specilists at DP Discression.

Purchases
No Purchases have been slated for this TC. However, I would like for the Treasury to not go below 100 Gold, as I do have a Rush scheduled for the Next TC. (Poll Reference)

Other
Hold the Settler in Odawara there in anticipation of future Settlement. (Poll Reference)

When my Adjunct reports the End of our Golden Age, Stop Chat at the end of that turn.

Military Instructions

-Take a spearman from Manchai and garrison it in Furuyama
-Have the Pikeman SW of Immo to garrison in Nihilon
-Take a spearman from Gerunshi and garrison it in TBD
-Keep a close eye on the Iriquois with some Samurai
-Continue to stack units on the Iriquois

I may or may not be at the chat.

Turn 0

Turn 3 update - Stuck and I found a good trade.

China - We get Invention, 45gpt, 77g, WM and TM for Banking.
Russia - 44gpt, 90g, WM and TM for banking.

Turn 5

We got 57g, and 2gpt from Rome for Peace. (Only change).

Turn 10

Chatlog - 710AD

Summary - Our Golden Age is over, but we've traded for Invention per Trade, and we're about to research Astronomy. The Iroquois have started to head back home, but they're moving towards Mauch Chunk (silk city). They may be trying to ship units over by galley (back home). Cumae has also expanded, costing us one of our buildup points.
