Msav Reinvestigates Zulu Doctrine, repoll

The Iroquois War is no finished, and I think it is broad agreement to spare what is left of the Iroquois people. Which brings us back to the Northeastern Theatre. Zulu State has turned out to be the peaceful trading partner, a Japanatican Mexico equivalent. However, in preparing for all scenarios, we will poll the following doctrines again, based on a new discussion post the Iroqi Vintage War. I will also post a map showing the various options.


These doctrines are for retaliatory counterattacks only, and is not a result of us initiating the war, but the other side initiating hostilities.

I again state that a defensive posture is called for at this time. As a doctrine for retalitory purposes, I have voted for the "Slicer". I have seen no hint of threat from the Zulus in five thousand years or so, but one must consider a worst case senario when the defense of a nation is at hand. If we are attacked, this doctrine may be just what the doctor ordered...

I think the slicer is the militarily most effective way to disrupt the Zuluz, turning their southern side into a Gaza strip and the northern side a westbank. What would happen later, is that the southern side would be absorbed by culture, effectively severing Zulu to the same level as Iroqistan. The problem is diplomacy and reversability, So this is a classic case where military-civil relations play a major role.

Your mission would on the basis of this poll would be to seize primarily Tugela, then successively Isandhlwana and Mpondo. If you can manage to take all these cities within one turnchat, that is fine, if not, we will negotiate a peace settlement settling with Tugela only. This is still a retaliatory plan, and the mandate of this poll would be used to sanction the extent of rour conquest in order to preempt future criticism.
