I wasn't sure Rock n Roll was the best build, it gives culture but may take too long to complete. Please review it and possibly change it.

@eotnib - I like the autologger program, much easier to take notes ingame.
Summary: These are some exciting turns, I must say. All three culture cities are now building culture and maxed out on artists (short of converting mines, pastures, plantations, towns, etc to farms -- if you want to do that LK be my guest -- I didn't feel like doing the math to see if the gold from towns, plantations on dyes, mines on gems and gold, etc. produced more cpt than another artist or two would). We should be done some time in Gator's next turnset if not sooner (~25 turns). So it looks like I won't get the game again. Been fun.
Spoiler:

Madras is really going to reach 75K culture in 25 turns? That's amazing, considering it was under 35K the last time a picture was posted. Or is it 50K? What speed game are you playing?
Speed is Epic: 75K culture required for legendary status.
Here's the latest screenie:
The cpt for Madras is 1128 (this author of Domestic Advisor mod I'm using obviously didn't take into consideration 4-digit cpt values). Broadway helped a lot, as did going to 100% on the culture slider and building culture.
Summary:
This was a total non-event round. Civ4 is like Civ3 with a culture win in the fact that the end becomes a waiting game. Now at the higher levels it could become a nasty race with an AI launching before you get enough culture.
I learned that the AIs would spam their preferred religion around the world, as France influenced us!
We gained Beshbalik in a flip. I don't like that weaker reporting of flips in Civ4.
The obligatory status report on the top cities. Note how close Delhi is to the goal!

Remember 10 turns per round - STRICT 24 hours got it, total 48 hours to at complete.
The city flip reminds me that there is a bug in autolog (fixed in the yet-to-be-uploaded newest version) that prevents city flips from being reported. FYI.
I have a gripe with the farms near Barcelona. Why did we break the farm chain? Unlike Civ3, Civ4 will cancel the farm effect if you break the irrigation chain.
This is good to know. Thanks for pointing that out.
I’ve got it and will try to play either later today or tomorrow. Going through and reading threads form December 3rd until now is taking a while. Good game guys. We’re looking great!
Id like to apologize as I played two turns over my amount. The thing is I hated to pass the game off when there were only two turns left until victory. Initially I calculated a cultural victory in 15 turns but managed to hedge that a little bit. According to Delhis city screen initially it would reach a great leader in approx. 13 or 14 turns. So once Delhi hit 75k I switched a plains workshop to a farm and removed a few citizens and set them as artist. I was able to gain three more artist and increase our gpp by 16. This enabled a great leader at my turn 12. I played those two extra turns and gained a great artist which I immediately sent to Madras. By this time Bangalore was already above 75k and Madras was about 4k short. After one great work the game was won.
I got tired of building units when I knew the game was over, so I set production to wealth and put workers to sleep.
Great game everyone!
Spoiler:
Turn 450 (1830 AD) Methos: Unless I'm miscalculating this game will be over in 15 turns. Hmm, I may just finish it off. We'll see. Delhi - culture's borders expand Lahore finishes: Buddhist Temple Barcelona finishes: Bunker Sparta finishes: Market
Turn 451 (1832 AD) Lahore begins: Infantry Barcelona begins: Infantry Sparta begins: Infantry Methos: Since Delhi has now hit the 75k mark I decide to speed up its great artist points. I begin moving workers over to switch to a food priority. Seville grows: 17 Madrid finishes: Machine Gun Apache finishes: Colosseum Old Sarai finishes: Hindu Temple Beshbalik's borders expand
Turn 452 (1834 AD) Tech learned: Combustion Madrid begins: Infantry Apache begins: Infantry Methos: I have Old Sarai build culture to help fend off Mongolian culture. Machine Gun promoted: Drill I Machine Gun promoted: Drill II Bombay finishes: Islamic Mosque Santiago finishes: Market Thermopylae finishes: Coal Plant Sparta grows: 21 Beshbalik finishes: Hindu Temple Methos: Last Turn: Washington wants to trade Combustion and 60 gold for Biology. I agree.
Turn 453 (1836 AD) Bombay begins: Infantry Santiago begins: Aqueduct Thermopylae begins: Aqueduct Methos: Switching a workshop to a farm near Delhi allows me to gain two more artists, for seven total. Or +68 gpp. At this rate we'll have enough gpp's to get a great leader on my turn 11. I'll definitely play this out until than, possibly further. Lahore grows: 14 Apache grows: 16 Sparta finishes: Infantry Kolhapur grows: 16
Turn 454 (1838 AD) Sparta begins: Infantry Toledo finishes: Market Barcelona finishes: Infantry Madrid finishes: Infantry Thermopylae finishes: Aqueduct

Turn 460 (1850 AD) Michaelangelo (Great Artist) born in Delhi - culture
Turn 461 (1851 AD) Madras - cult's borders expand Methos: Immediately send our great artist to Madras and build a great work. Madras has now achieved 75k giving us three legendery culture cities. In other words, we just won!
