Switch to Civ4 Difficulty Levels?

Do you think we should switch to Civ4 Difficulty Levels from the current Civ2 levels for the default forum user ranks?

Right now we have:

Chieftain (Minimum Posts: 0)
Warlord (Minimum Posts: 100)
Prince (Minimum Posts: 300)
King (Minimum Posts: 600)
Emperor (Minimum Posts: 1000)
Deity (Minimum Posts: 1500)

By switching to Civ4 levels, we could use something like:

Settler (Minimum Posts: 0)
Chieftain (Minimum Posts: 100)
Warlord (Minimum Posts: 300)
Noble (Minimum Posts: 600)
Prince (Minimum Posts: 1000)
Monarch (Minimum Posts: 1500)
Emperor (Minimum Posts: 2000)
Immortal (Minimum Posts: 3000)
Deity (Minimum Posts: 5000)

I know lots of people use custom titles, but still it may be a good idea to change with time... :)
 
Would be good- and to be honest, it would be nice to lock away custom titles to a much higher post count, say 2000? I realise that kinda thing does induce a bit of spammage though.. perhaps a longer time period say a year?
 
Never would have figured you to pick 2,000 posts as the goal...

I can't imagine something other than chieftain being the starting point, so I'm opposed.
 
I agree. It would be rather nice to get some more. Through I think a Sid level after the diety with a minimum of 7000 posts would be nice. :D

Even though it would send me back down quite a few levels in status (and I was so close to the highest :cry:) I think the Civ4 would be cool:).
 
ainwood has every right to say no. This is a poll after all. :)

No one has voted no yet...
 
Civ2 titles? That must be the only relic of that version still around, might as well punt that too... :p

*runs and hides from the inevitable horde of "Civ2 still is the best version" semi-purists*
 
It is time for change. More posters have now 5000 posts.
 
I had to abstain as there's no option for going to CivI ranks....
