Here is yet another test from OkCupid. Considering there are over 10,00 there, there are lot of thread we could about these tests, but some of them are not suitable for this site.

Frankly, I don't think this is a perfect fit, but here are my results:

EDIT: Well poo. I took that quick and dirty personality test as well and it came back "The Counselor" as well. I guess that's really me.

Sort of. But not completly.
 
I took this recently and got INFJ, with scores like 87%, 50%, 16%, 45%. The problem is it doesn't describe me all that well, probably because my score is unbalanced (I too high, F too low).
 
That test didn't work on me. On several of the questions, the only truthful answers I could give were "both" or "niether", but were only giving the option for either.

If there is a test that can accurately assess my personality, It would probably class me under the catagory of "Other".
 
I already took the Myers-Briggs test in both my Leadership and Industrial Psych classes :p.

I have gotten a ISTJ & ISFJ (Both T & F tied equaly) on the long test given to me in Insudrial Psych and a ESTJ on the short test in Leadership class.
