Hail Great Division of Red Tape,

Attached is the said document with the KISS logo affixed. Our numbers department came up with an easy to use spreadsheet that will aid in determining equitable tech costs of our 2 great nations during this most Ancient of Ages. Simply scribe a 1 on the side that should research a technology and then that tech's cost will be added to that teams total. Current in the spreadsheet is the first attempt by the Celtic people (we are assuming that the Republic slingshot won't happen - worst case scenario).
