Well if you dip into it whatever fits better to the spell that raises undead(that spell should make the corpses dissappear again). From Designer point of view it seems more like a kind of "resource" for the undead civs. Corpses could appear every time a unit dies but dissappear after 10 rounds maybe. The tile could produce one food less or have no production at all like waste maybe as long bones litter it.
