I've probably lobbied for the Giant Buddhas to be connected with the Kushans as a wonder, etc. so much in so many threads that people are sick of it. I don't know how you make the backgrounds (I like them a lot), but if it would help for me to find images where the Buddhas are more prominent, let me know. I think I even have a link to a web page with reconstructions of what they originally looked like.

I tried finding images of the Giant buddhas, but all I could find were low quality images, and the buddhas are very bad conditions.

The great Buddha grottoes of Datong were based off of the ones in Bamiyan. How about using those?

this conversation should not be in this thread. But There is a small wonder already listed called "great buddha" since most Asian countries have large Buddhas.

SoG- it is finals week, so I wont work on heads until Friday.

Blue Monkey- It wont be a wonder, because almost every buddhist culture made a great buddha. It is on the wonder list as a small wonder. I know that other discusions might come up on this thread. But I will try to move them to the other thread. It is hard to find information on a 20+ page thread, thats why I am splitting it up. To make it easier to find information.

LH herself - superb. Will get my vote if/when entered in the monthly.
Shiva statue - white not blue :goodjob:

Landscape - suitably lush and tropical.
Building - Good choice overall, but you've got what looks like a window reflecting on the top story - Ancient era = make the opening dark like all the other openings.
