Why was the thread "I'm going back to Civ III" closed?

maybe because it turned into a trolling/flaming war? (just a guess)

There was no warning or comment why this thread was closed. In that thread there were some good discussions. Is it not longer allowed to say something about weak or strong points about civ 3 or civ 4 ?

We should try to discuss with facts and don´t make a war against persons. But here I haven´t seen anything from a moderator: no warning or more against any person. Only "thread closed". Here we had a nice civ 3 discussion with (justified) warnings for nearly all participants: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=210103 But this "I'm going back to Civ III" discussions -even the last ones-
were completely harmless compared to this thread.

Moderator Action: Public discussions of moderator actions aren't allowed. Warned. Take it up with the moderator who closed the thread.
