@everyone, all the EC's you requested will be placed, and all EC's currently in development will follow the old rules. BUT BY DECREE OF THE OFFICE OF FAIR PLAY, I HAVE A NEW RULE TO ADD:

All EC creation must now take place as a project. They will take numerous years and investment. The sacrifice rule for projects is now eliminated, so what you see is the time it takes and there is no way to speed it up.

Could be that your pc cached the old image and does not recognize the new one as a different image, you tried CTRL+F5 to dump the old Cache and Reload the page?

@Azale have the Olympics been assigned yet?

And I should have an EC on the Coast of Griqualand(like hell I'm looking up the name of the city right now) and one in Walvis Bay

The update was tre awesome though. And I meant to have the project make us go to Enlightenment level, but if you will add a new level, fine by me :)

ALSO, now do you see why I refused to loan you money? You were too unstable for me to be sure of a repayment. Thoguh I had NO prior knowledge of the invasion, I had a good feeling.

I was holding the Vistuala...

How was I unstable. I actually had the government under good control, I was expanding my diplomacy, gaining access to the seas (Something you dont have) I was a nation on the rise.

I suppose Germany didn't want a strong Poland on its borders.
 
OOC:you had two government changes in two updates. you left a major alliance, and pissed off the members.

you ALSO had powerful enemies, something I dont. At the moment, the one faction that disliked me (Italy) no longer exists.

OOC: I had one Government change. I switched from Congress Monarchy to Social Republic. It was a peaceful revolution. I left a major alliance, however I still had Russia as a major allie, Austria and Germany long ago showed they didn't like me, diplomacy with them use to be good, then it just sorta, stopped. I still have powerful enemies, but like I said, I still have a powerful allie.
 
pm change takes time to adjust to. then a GOVERNMENT change (system AND type) is quite large.

ememieS vs ally. Germany/Austria vs Russia = NO MORE POLAND. WHY? because you are the battleground. even if the war was between Germany and Russia, you would still be the Belgium, if you get what I mean, though it would be slightly different, as you were not neutral.

Statement from Turkey

The simple fact of the matter is that Turkey will not allow Germany to be continuing to be interfering with the middle east, as well as with the Turkish Majority in Southern Thrace. If Germany agrees to hand back over this area, and hold fair elections in Iraq. We will be more than willing to withdrawal.

It certainly should take about 10 turns anyway given the idea of turning a bunch of diamond mines and savanna into the world's leading educational center is pretty daft to begin with. :p

Pre-Fab Schools, Money to fund the wooing of top Professors, Vouchers and lots of other stuff.

And talk about turns. In 3 turns you made what, 20 Economic Centers? Thats pretty ridiculous in and of itself.
