I ended this turn, and the game crashed. I`ve tried four times, it still happens every time.I`ve uploaded a save file just the turn before the crash,
you can load it and see how it crashes ^^Does the game crashes?

Same 4 me.
I can also confirm the CTD during loading. For me, the last message shown before the crash was "Setup Players".
