MS Paint Museum

Like the others, this has a wonderful waft of Meso-American aesthetics.
Yeah, youre right, I wasnt thinking along those lines with this particular one, but I can see what you mean.
Good job! It also reminds me of those early TV broadcast graphics testing cards.
Yeah, thats true! I love when people see stuff I dont see myself:goodjob:

@Mirc, thanks buddy. This one took around two or three hours over two days. Im really liking working without colors. Between black and white, theres a whole other pallet to work with.

Oh, ok. This one was just a b&w Bozo style homage to the Amrikan Flag ;)

Hey, Bozo! Are you fond of the art movement of "Cubism?" It would be cool if you make a portrait of a person (or yourself) combining your style with a touch of early 20th century Cubist such as Georges Braque.

Just suggesting.

Cartesian, not especially, Im not all that familiar with Cubism, but I think I know what youre talking about and its not a bad idea, I'll file it away for a possible future project.

Ok, I declare this one done, for the purposes of the Museum, at any rate.

One small confession, its not a pure MS Paint piece, I threw a couple of blurs on this version in Photoshop, to soften some of the rough edges.

And heres todays offering. I could have kept tweaking it ad infinitum but its time to get closure on it and move on to the next one.

This one is clearly my favorite. It has strong southwest elements among other things. ;)

Thanks Jaguar. Its true about the SW elements, I had been mostly focused on the Egyptian ones. Native American sort of stuff tends to creep into my work, among other things ;)

Well, heres the latest:

Varwnos, thanks, its great to be mentioned in the same sentence as great guys like that, but as is usually the case, Im sure that if they heard of it theyd become violent :)

The following are experiments, Im trying to free my hand, shake up my style a little. The first one, Queue, I actually like, but I just got started on it, I'll post the finished version at some point.
