Manual on disc three?

Hi. Just bought the gold edition and on the cover of the manual it says it is an abridged manual and the full manual can be found on disc 3. All disc 3 has on it is a data4.cab file. I know this is a compressed file that contains more data in it but if the manual is in there I don't know how to get to it. Any help apreciated.

I don't have the gold edition, but my guess would be that during installation a manual would be placed in your Civ 4 Start Menu items.

I just got the Gold Edition. It still says Full Manual on Disc 3, but it isn't there (only data4.cab) and I don't find it installed anywhere.

Is the manual available anywhere on-line?

I have Gold Edition, I must say that as far as I remember, I just checked on the DVD using "My Computer" and that two PDF files were there... I copied them to my desktop. So, that's weird.

They are not on any of the discs as PDFs; perhaps they are there encoded and my installation (not custom in any way) went wrong.

At any rate, I found them online, thanks to 2kgames tech support, who responded in only 2 hours.
