Opps, crazy thought. Nevermind. Next time I will have to take it myself.
Spoiler :
Request Artillary and Assualt Infantry to attack the Pagoda Mountains (Named!). I will offer support.

Agression level 4.

Once there, send them to hold it while I go to try to clear out the other Peak.

From top then they can fire artillary at enemy below.

:To Itallian High Command

We will capture the mountains and we will bring it to our flag. We will secure the high ground as this will be critical to our, and any ally, success. I suggest a group of assualt rifle soldiers, 1 artillary and half track. From there they can raid the Soviet positions bellow. Lite Tank Out.

Assualt Group : Mt Goner.

Artillary+ 30: Post on hill it can kill advancing troops and shatter lower defences.
My group.
A group of Infantry.

Name the Factory Machinerys of Life.

Try to get Heavy Tanks and Heavy Infantry to defend it to prepare for the attack.

Break through 4 D Hill Allied Defenses and blitz toward town 41. It will try to break allied supplies. Aggression: 5. Attack with nearby armor and Infantry.

Welcome, Frozen In Ice :salute:

I don't feel like updating this tonight. I left it kinda late, plus I've been freaked out by computer glitches. You all have leave for approximately 20 hours!

Morning, Day #2:

AXIS PRODUCTION:
PC: 1 Destroyer (25), 1 Fighter-Bomber (30)
NPC: nothing
Total spent: 55
Remaining: 0

ALLIED PRODUCTION: 53
PC: nothing
NPC: 1 fighter (25), 1 medium tank (25), 1 rifle infantry (3)
Total spent: 53
Remaining: 0

MAJOR ACTIONS:
- Italian forces led by Lite Uber Panzerwagon advanced along the north-west coast, making good progress initially. Other Italian units joined the attack on Town 41. But US and UK reinforcements arrived, while British tanks and infantry where in a good position to counter-attack from Acropolis Hill. Several Italian tanks and armoured cars were destroyed. Charles-Li was himself injured. Town 41 remained in US hands by Mid-day.

The US fleet bombarded the Italians as they advanced. An attack on the fleet by Italian fighter-bombers had little effect.

Axis command only had the resources to produce a destroyer unit for Masada. This boldly attacked the US battleship nonetheless, taking heavy damage before withdrawing north. Masada was injured by a shell landing near the bridge of his ship, but gained the 'evasion' trait, and was awarded +1 Kudos for his bravery.

Censored Brigade provided AAA support for the advancing Italians, but was left stranded at Port #5 under fire from US battleships and with no way to sail to the US-controlled islands.

- Soviet forces advanced on Big City in the south. T-34's manoeuvred around the city looking for a weak spot, as German infantry had fortified themselves in the city streets. German Panther tanks then engaged them, while Luftwaffe #1 flew several devastating bombing runs (earning +1 Kudos), German artillery opened up, and the Japanese battleship lent occasional fire support too. By mid-day, the Soviet tanks had taken heavy punishment, much like the Italians in the north. But they had spooked the German forces, whose artillery began to withdraw from Nipoli Hill.

- Japanese troops landed on the eastern coast of Soviet territory, and were soon advancing on Hill 4G with support of their battleship's big guns. British dive-bombers later damaged the battleship, but lost several aircraft themselves.

- Axis aircraft controlled the skies over the front-line, but US heavy bombers sneaked past them to bomb another factory, this time Germany's Factory #6. Italians were still working to repair the damage to their Factory #5.

OTHER ACTIONS:
- 1st North British Armoured raced to the front from their start point at Factory #2. e350tb gained the 'Logistics' trait.

- The centre of the Axis front was now being held by just one Japanese heavy infantry unit stationed at Machinerys of Life, under fire from British and Soviet troops in the hills and mountains beyond.

INCOME:
Note that no control points changed hands this turn.

Axis control 36 locations and have banked (36+4+8=) 48 points.

Allies control 34 locations and have banked (34+3+12=) 49 points.

Axis total points is now 48.

Allies total points is now 49.

COMMUNICATIONS:
From Axis High Command to Masada: We regret that we could not provide a battleship and may not be able to for some time. Feel free to return to land if you wish another assignment.

From British HQ to Vertinari 118 and e350tb: You are now encouraged to advance into enemy territory!

From German HQ to all Italian forces: We suggest that strengthening the centre of the line is a priority!

From Soviet HQ to Khorchev: Unless you wish to personally join the attack on Big City, we are going to withdraw our surviving T-34's.

Nice Update, too bad the Blitz didn't work. I didn't even get experiance.

Now, will the Allies capitalize this victory?

@ High Command
Shall we risk a flanking manuver against the Acropolis to stabilize the Front or should we return to the Big City for that counter Attack?

(Tell me what the high command says.)

BTW, I'm not sure when/if I will update this again, due to the urgent pressing need to update my other project(s). Please don't spend much time on any more orders!

Also, please feel free to post any feedback or thoughts about this experiment (that goes for any lurkers reading too).

EDIT:

@Charles, I just updated the stats. I think you have the most experience now :)

Thanks! What is the difference between health and unit health?
Will edit into orders here. The Blitz didn't work :(.

Another Blitz: I didn't learn!
Take over a Half Track or Flakker, move to Big City (Panzeropolis). Then pick up soldiers and advance first to 4G. Then to 3B. Agression Level is 5.
Tank is returned the the factory before new armour comes out. it will defend it.

By the way, I forgot to say (sorry) - you don't need to copy your stats when posting orders. I have all the player stats on a seperate word doc and I'll work from that.

Unit health is how damaged the unit is, like maybe only one or two tanks in good working order, the rest destroyed... If your vehicle unit is completely destroyed, you might switch to a weak infantry unit instead (representing a few survivors escaping on foot).

The other health is your own personal health. Your unit could be strong overall, but a stray bomb or bullet could injure you or even kill you, then you'd have to 'respawn' :(

Daftpanzer how do I repair? I'm guessing I return to a port and lay up.

If so, take me to port 6 to repair and then nip down to Port 4 to cover the boys down there ;)

Although i'm guessing it will take awhile to repair...

Charles, I really think you'll be more useful in a tank. No point having two flakkers. And I hope you realise a "Blitz" is supposed to be contiuously moving, not attacking a bloody mountain. Please change before we lose the war - again.

Provide any covering fire at Port 5 and 4D as necessary, but if there isn't much to do rush over to Machinerys [sic] for Life, shooting anyone who tries to go for Nipoli Aerodrome.

On reaching Machinerys, help out with the defence. Primarily against aircraft and infantry

Call for artillery support on sighting tanks, acting as a spotter.

I will flank the Italians attacking Town 41 and save the Americans. Then I will rest and recover from the attack and if they is time launch a counter-attack at 4D.

From Lite Panzer
To Blitz Forces

We shall either attack the hill, retreat and defend the Machineries or attack the Big City! choose now!

As the tanks retreat cover their back. Retreat last.
After Retreat, if survived, move to machineries to get fixed.
If failed, respawn as infantry, will think of another next turn.
if there is time after fixing, attack the Acropolis hill as a counter attack, agression rating: 3

To Air Command
Bombing of the Bridges will lower their moral and supplies but will slow down our own advance.
Bombing of Town 3 or Factory 3 will be slightly risky due to infantry on the mountains but will help the advance as they need reenforcements that come farther away.
Bombing of Town 41 will reduce moral as they just barely defended it.

(My commander is Kustas!) :)
Story here.

As the Lite Panzers thundered across the plains the allies bunched up their forces in defense. As they lead the attack a few infantry and an light armour piece tried to buy time for the other forces. As Kustas watched they are blasted away, and they retreated... but in the distance he can see tanks rolling from rail roads ready for action...

Heart of Battle

The armoured car brigade they brought to try to destroy the tracks was destroyed outside the town. Tanks acting as artillary as infantry charged. Nearly all of the allied forces in garrison advanced to defend the attack. As their division retreated out of another mass of tanks a longshot hit one of the vanguard. As he watched a buring wreakage flew onto his tank before he went black...

It is nearly dusk and only a few tanks survived the battle. The soldiers of the acropolis is about to attack. First, they decided to move out to the Big City... but that is too hard for their division as the hills become lighted with gunfire.

They decided to stay to cover their fellow tanks. As the allies moved in Kustas blew them up before retreating...

Back at the Machineries they gained more tanks to fix their unit... now... they will capture the nearly empty Acropolis...

I will flank the Germans attacking Town 42 and save the Americans. Then I will rest and recover from the attack and if they is time launch a counter-attack at 4D.

So you want to flank the Germans near the Big City and forsake the Acropolis? Funny! I bet your men are really confused now. :)

Charles I am leading a flank attack from the nearby hill on your position. How are my men going to be confused?

You said town 42. My friends are at town 41.

So your guys are staring at you when you order them to go to the other side of the mountain and try to flank the Germans.

-We're Itallian for Cripes' sake. well... I am a German sent to Italy...
