Regarding research... We are obliged by our treaty with CAV to give Polytheism, Sailing, and IW. Have we done Poly yet? If not, I think it should be our next research priority.

CAV chose the Way of Twighlight, meaning there will be a phony war to allow passage of CAV's exploring wb. Then peace will be declared. It was either that, or give up tech.
