OOC: As per EQ's request, here is the finalized treaty, to the best of my understanding.
IC:
1. The following nations sign a white peace with France and Russia:
Canada
Chile
Denmark
The Iroquois
New England
2. Britain signs a white peace with Russia, and is to be paid 10 EP reparations from France.
3. Cyprus will be ceded to the Ottoman Empire
4. Eastern New Guinea will be ceded to the Netherlands.
5. Egypt is granted its independence.
6. France renounces its influence in North America and detaches herself from all influences in the region.
7. France will cede two strips of land that connect French Sahara to the Atlantic Ocean to Denmark.
8. France will no longer be allowed to have a protectorate, aside from Belgium.
9. France will recognize the independence and legitimacy of the Louisianan government.
10. France will relinquish her colony on the Horn of Africa to the Empire of Germany, as well as Gibraltar.
11. Formosa will be ceded to Sweden, as will former Russian territory currently under Swedish control.
12. Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guyana will be ceded to Haiti.
13. Italy receives Northern Italy and the Adriatic coast from France and signs a white peace with Russia and Serbia.
14. Pennsylvania annexes the nation of New Jersey.
15. Russia and Germany will be at peace for a minimum of 5 years. Russia will pay Germany 5 EP in reparations.
16. Russia and Mexico will be at peace for a minimum of 5 years. The fate of Alaska and New France are to be determined by Mexico
