Yeah, I just fixed the hair and made the clothing seamless so that way his arms can move around properly, I'll send it to you in a few days. All he needs is a reskin, but I'm sure you can improve upon it in other ways too.

I don't know if this guy looks like Maister but he definitely looks like Kaiser Wilhelm, WWI emperor of Germany!

mmhh, you're right.
The hair would have to be changed a bit, a bit more pale, blue uniform, other background...would work, i guess.

Not, that i think, it would be a good idea to add him as a leader :D, but it's imho definetly worth to try to change him in this direction and release it as separate leader.
 
Well, for a WWI mod, it would be excellent.
 
Awesome work yet again, great to have you back, especially since I've been busy lately. Its nice to take a little break and watch others' do some LHs. :goodjob:
 
Sorry, i don't want to go on anybody's nerves, but the animations really don't work for me.

Isn't he supposed to use Bismarck's animations? (I'm sorry, I didn't install it so I don't know).
 
No idea. I've just used the .kfm/the .kf, which where included in the download.

The files I downloaded say "Bismarck". This why I told you to rename Kucan.nif to Bismarck.nif.

Look at the picutre ;). Left upper corner, bismarck.nif.

He uses Charlemagne's, but I redamed them to bismarck*something*.kf as I built him on Bismarck.
But the animations work in game.

They don't work in nifscope, but they work ingame :confused:?
 
I also had a problem running animations in Nifskope a few times, it doesn't mean the animations don't work.
