Another hypothetical involving Obama going completely off his rocker

Imagine, if you will, that during a public visit to the opening of a Macy's superstore in Wisconsin, against the advice of his handlers, Obama decides to slide down the banisters of the shop while whooping camply, looses his balance and catches his scrotum on a safety nub and castrates himself.

Legally gender-neutral, he is subject to constant taunts about his manhood by Silvio Berlusconi, Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel. The pressure of this situation causes him, again against the advice of his handlers, to sugically enhance his remaining male attributes to astounding proportions, which are clearly visibile even when the CinC is fully clothed.

Now I know full well that to a lot of people this thread is going to appear to be a joke, or spam or whatever, but the reason I'm posting it is that I'm wholly unfamilliar with US constitutional policy regarding what does and does not constitute a President being unable to fulfill his duties. What would be the legal course of action to be taken here?
 
Marriage duties? I'm sure we can find a President who hasn't been able to fulfill those :(

Fulfill his duties? I think he can do that without a scrotum.

Unless you mean during surgery, in which the President usually designated the Vice President as being in command during the time he is under anesthesia.
 
This could hurt Obama's nads politically.
 
IIRC, a famous president recommended having a big stick. What's the problem?

But wouldn't having a President who sported a monstrously large genital cause a constitutional crisis?
 
He'd win over the white mid-thirties female vote? How can you loose?

I would cause a crisis of awesome as Gordon Brown runs away in shame (which he probably already does compared to our half-black president.)

Be that as it may, it would be outlandish. He would become a fuigure of ridicule throughout the world. Does anyone actually have any insight into the legal implications of this? I'm Cleo, maybe?
