Actually Britain still, has its commonwealth nations, and it does not pay very much reparations, only me and Spain, I believe.
Plus there are other colonies they have but I can't name them .
Edit; I Forgot, They still have India. (duh)
No I didn't...They lost India to Japan.
The quad alliance coulda been Jerks and said
Oh, Britain we're going to take all of your Colonies, Including India. and All your commonwealth nations will be removed from the common wealth and will not be allowed to have any alliance with you, and we will get rid of your whole navy and you may not build any more ships and your army's gotta go to, Hey why don't we just make you a puppet of the Quad Alliance...
You want me to continue?
I sent Espoir a message asked if he was still in the NES, but he hasn't replied yet I sent it yesterday BtwOOC: Has anyone heard from Espoir?
I'd appreciate it if Portugal could not negotiate for me, thanks.
I have no interest in paying reparations, or in giving up Malta or Cyprus. I'm already giving up more than enough.
No I didn't...
Germany already told me what the terms were, and those are the ones I agreed to.

OOC: Still no word from Espoir since the update.
I reread his orders, he mentioned nothing about going away on vacation, or anything. But, being such a major power his imput is obviously needed in recent developments.
My question is- if no word is heard from him by say.. Thursday, should I just take over his diplo from there, and hope for the best?
Yes, he must realize that there is more to this process then just orders. Especially when you are a main power at war.
To: Spain, Germany
From: Portugal
We are elated to finally be at peace! May we open a new chapter in our relations!
We hope the United States will soon join you.
We believe this treaty is too soft on Portugal. If any party wants an American signature, they had best convince us to do so.
We're waiting.
