Signed Kaiser Wilhelm of the German Empire

Signed Victor Emanuel IV of Italy

From Chile
To Germany, USA, etc....

While we have no issue with the treaty as a whole we are sorely angered by the inability of those governments to retain their ability for maintaining embassies in the Americas.

There will always be legitimate concerns regarding trade, tourism, and citizens abroad. We request this be taken out and that the governments in question simply may not make any military treaties in the Americas for specific time frame.

We also realize that Chile has no other interest in the treaty and cares not for other specifics. It is simply self interest in trying to maintain diplomatic ties so as to avoid any other issue that may crop up.

Thank you for hearing us out.

No on independant ukraine. Ukraine must be territory of Austria-Hungary.

No on independant ukraine. Ukraine must be territory of Austria-Hungary.

Ukraine will be independent under the terms listed in the treaty. If Austria has a problem with that, then she may voice her concerns, but Austria has no realistic claims to that land and has given enough already.

I must have been on vacation or something while the terms of the treaty were set up... Austria has a number of concerns. One being Serbia. The entire war was started over their terrorist actions. They should be annexed. And while Austria took the most damage in the wake of the Russian onslaught, she should reap the rewards of her hard labor, and determination. Ukraine would be adequate compensation.

If Austria reads the terms of the treaty, she would see that she is being compensated fully, not only by money and ships, but by land. Austria is being given the Russian land up to the Dnepr River, which is more than plenty.

Also, Serbia, Romania, and Montenegro were not included in this treaty. They can be dealt with separately. However, since that is mostly Austria's area of concern, we will leave it to you to draw up some sort of treaty.

I'll decide when I've been compensated. Not Germany.

From: Confederacy

We are willing to talk about the terms of our surrender.

To: World, Victorious Powers (specifically Germany, Italy)
From: The Confederacy

The CSA must appeal to the victors of this horrible conflict as well as every other civilized nation to safeguard the sovereignty of our Confederacy during it's surrender, so that the future may be one of prosperity and friendship instead of embroiled in the conflicts of our time.

To: Venezuela, Brazil, Columbia, anyone else I am at war with
From: Confederacy

We are prepared to talk terms of armistice, including the secession of current Mexican holdings.

To: CSA
From: Germany

The fate of the CSA is up to America, who was the one who fought you. We cannot and will not promise your sovereignty.

France would be happy to sign the document, but we have already agreed to give Indochina to Japan, as our treaty says.

We would sign, save for article 7.

To: France
From: Germany

We are reconsidering article 7, but until it is ironed out we will assume that France has agreed to the peace terms laid out.

To: Russia
From: Germany

We would like Russia's signature on the Treaty of Paris as soon as possible, to ensure a speedy end to this war.

To: Germany, allies
From: France

Yes, France signs the rest of the treaty.

To: C.S.A
From: Italy

We also cannot guarantee your sovereignty as Italy has no voice in the Americas, the peace treaty if up to America to come up with.

To: The Confederacy
From: Venezuela, Colombia

We will do as the U.S., our allies, wish for us to do. Seeing that they have fought the brunt of the North American war, we will allow for them to dictate the peace.

Treaty of Paris

6. Russia will recognize the independence and sovereignty of Finland, along the borders of the Grand Duchy of Finland. Finland may or may not choose to become a protectorate of the German Empire.

The Swedish propose that Finland should also have the opportunity to be a protectorate or have an alliance with Sweden. The Finns are historically very close to the Swedes and were once under our rule.

Italy rejects this Idea, I see it as more Imperialism.

To: Italy, Germany
From: CSA

We are not asking you to guarantee anything, all we ask is that you use your voices and influence with your ally; the USA to appeal for terms that result in dignified treatment as that which the British and French received. We do not want to see our sovereignty snuffed out.

To: CSA
From: Italy

As I said before we cannot guarantee anything but, If we see the treaty as fair towards both nations we will approve of it. And push for both nations to accept it.
