I'm assuming Love still has our shield though. Perhaps as a sign of good faith, give the shield to a known American innocent; be open about information you have.

EVENING SIX
The people gathered together at a mess hall to tally their votes for the day. It seemed like a decision had been reached:

So a large portion of the mob thought to gather up their things and lynch Love.
But this was not all well with the rest of the town, too many of whom had divided opinions or no opinions at all. Then, a Native American stepped forward. He gave a rousing speech, ending with his point:
"We must not proceed with this course of action. Enough of us yet support the cause of peace. Let no one be lynched today."
And his supporters now had enough of a majority among the town, for some hadn't cared much at all what happened before and now had at least some reason to band together. So, many were disappointed in the mob as they had to let Love go, at least for today.
The lynch was called off.

Maybe people were in better spirits for dinner, and wondering what the night would hold. But something interrupted them again before they all dispersed. There was another radio blaring out what seemed like the same old, same old, plus a couple different sounding radio message too:
"Instead of 'Duck, Duck, Goose,' let's play 'Human, Human, Lizard'!!1"
In another voice: "What do you know about the monster?"
And lastly, skipping about on perhaps a different frequency: "It was a dark and stormy night..."
When the radio cut off again few seemed to pay it much heed this time after all the previous days. So the business of the day was over, and people hoped to find a safe place to spend the night.
It is now NIGHT SIX.

alright, say whaaaaaaat just happened? My head somewhat exploded (video is not the best fitting but w/e- still, who done this?).
edit- actually, this isn't surprising. Someone just protected him. But still, I thought Love might have been able to protect himself with his shield, but someone else went and protected him.....
Also if you paid ANY attention to the game you would know that is perfectly safe. In any case we can repeat this WHOLE process over again tomorrow. Because now we still don't know if either Love or Drumstudent is guilty. Well done. Cheerio and all that.

Allright that was strange why did the native stop the lynch is it Love himself the native?
Let's lynch Love again and find out, maybe he wont get protected again.

I'm not, I just wanted to know because we basically lost a day here. Plus there is no clarity on the alignment of either Love or drumstudent. Something I would have really liked.
NIGHT SIX
Niklas spent the night unlike all the previous night, feeling alert and ready to get something accomplished the next day.
Unfortunately, this alertness only allowed him to spot a dark figure coming for him in the night.
"No, No, NOOO! I won't let you get me you abomination!"
But then, though his death was immiment, all fear and worries left Niklas' mind when the human figure responded:
"Stupid Americans. Cowardly and undisciplined." And with that the German attacker overpowered and killed Niklas.
Niklas was dead
In the morning the town found that Niklas had a Radio Set of his own, and would put it up to vote.

A new sight greeted everyone with this daybreak as they ended up jumping to somewhere with a dry, hot breeze. Looking around the town found themselves at the shining and spacious - but also abandoned and locked up in many places - a roaring 90s version of the Johnson Space Center.
Cleary someone leaving more notes lying around wasn't writing the best eulogies or had another purpose in mind:
Washington Irving writes:
"Bush salutes the people of Idaho"
And also:
"All roads lead to Trantor..."
It is now DAY SEVEN.
