As you can see, the Italian fleet off the coast of Albania was retreating and the Albanians shot at us when we were turning around to head back to Italy, they are the aggressors here, Italy was willing to leave and retreat our blockade. But they fired first and we had to act, it was a declaration of war against the nation of Italy.

We will discuss this at a later date when peace is restored we plan to setup a more stable and more democratic form of government though.

We are willing to sell the ex British Somalia land back to you.

As with Britain we are willing to sell parts of you former colonies back to you. If you wish.

To All= I forgot to mention.. some of your colors have changed, to make the map a bit better, in my opinion. If you have any specific (non black or white) color you'd like, I'd be happy to change it for you. Like, members of the Commonwealth are different tints of red, to show affiliation to England. Qatar is a tint of brown, to show affiliation to the Ottoman Empire.. etc.

I. Hostilities between Italy, Montenegro and Albania shall end.
II. The current government of Albania will be removed and replaced with: Victor Emanuel IV as head of state, with little power just a figure head. The Albanian people will vote for their parliment and prime minister democraticly.
III. Albania becomes a Dominion/ Protectorate of Italy.
IV. Montenegro will keep all land gained by them.
V. A few Italian divisions will remain in the country to help police the country until the Albanians can build a army on their own.

OOC: Not that I care anymore but Alaska should probably still hold those Islands. The Japanese-Russian Peace was as follows the terms determined by Japan. This was also before Alaska's seccession.

1. All prisoners of war shall be returned to their respective nations.

2.a) The Russian Empire shall relinquish any claim of ownership or influence over the island of Sakhlin.
b) The Russian Empire shall acknowledge the dominance and ownership of the Japanese Empire, over the island of Sakhlin as legitimate and righteous.

3. The Russian Empire shall agree to limit their Pacific fleet to only 5 Dreadnoughts, 10 Destroyers, and 10 Light Cruisers.

Your actions are absolutely atrocious. It seems you are not much different than your former German allies in your quest to dominate your small neighbors. You go into Albania, obviously a country unable to defend themselves, force their hand, then invade them, ravaging their country. And instead of trying to right your wrongs and fix their nation you simply install yourself as king and leave the broken people to fix their nation, not so much as an EP to rebuild.

Disgusting.

A declaration of war?! You are a dominion of ours, we will send troops into your nation whenever we want. I don't understand why the Canadian governor is so hostile to receiving assistance.
