OK, let's try this...
Gardeners are represented by a Tree, which represents the importance life has for them.
The 'AI is represented by
Ik is represented by
Lantians is represented by an ideogram which I believe should represent the ideology of the Lantians (haven't the foggiest which is it)
Esani is represented by a sun and two ideograms
Vazan have a romboid which represents the cyborgs and the other symbols represent sturdiness
Kations have a romboid which represents the cyborgs and the other symbol resembles Hermes' staff for their speed
Soulon is represented by
Liberes have skulls and bones to represent their being pirates
Priors seems to be something related to a star

That's what I have so far...

1. ORLY Owl
2. Greys
3. Islam3
4. Mecha China
5. Post-Katrina Japan
6. a sideways street sign warning of pedestrians crossing
7. Hospital
8. British Row Team
9. Poliwrath
10. Warcraft
11. RAF
12. Eight
13. Egyptian Sun Worship Cult
14. Tanaciousfox
15. Upskirt of a stick lady

1. Gardeners:- Tree Symbol. They are life freaks.
2. The Al':- All is one and one is all
3. Ik:- Crescent moon and star. Islam obviously
4. The Lantians:- Assemble, and or collect
5. Esani:- Peace and harmony, possibly in a buddhist dharma wheel
6. Vazan:- Progress
7. Kation:- banana?
8. Soulon:- Space flight n stuff. Fleets!
9. Akresians:- Struggle or Chaos
10. Liberes:- Deaaaaaaeeeeth. Also beware of death.
11. Priors:- Journey beyond knowledge
12. ???:- banana!
13. ???:- umm... Through the fire and the flames? >_>
14. ???:- more banana
15. ???:-

Decepticons!

Anyway, the tree is the (God in the) Garden, while the two worlds represent Kadesh and Thoth, which It shelters.

And the Priors remind me of a hydrogen atom.

EDIT: Wild guess, but I'd say #14 are three moons of a gas giant.

I'll say more later; here's my first brief glance.

1. Gardeners

Tree; represents their Love of life
also in combination with the owl like look of the spheres on the side gives you; Owls Wisdom and the Tree of knowledge.

2. Al'

Network; hive; closed off

3. Ik

Islamic type background/character of society.

Additional crescents: Spreading to cover the stars?

4. Lantians

East asian type origin

5. Esani

Asian origin

6. Vazan
'Diamond' Network (the outline!!!)
Looks faintly microchippy

7. Kation
'Diamond' Network (as above!)
Human Genome?

8. Soulon

Rank insigna? Militarised society;

6 spheres; Dominion over the Kaus system? (or the ones they had?)

9. Pirates

Multiple skull/bones representing clanish nature of the Libre?

Pirates...

10. Priors

Spheres mean a lot of things; Hydrogen atom (electronic band structure + nucleus)
Universe (in a very different way. as the universe can be thought of as the interior surface of a sphere.

Also represents Unity; singularity and beginning. i.e. PRIOR

11. Unknown 1

Its a giant 8, or a snake, or infinity

12. Unknown 2

faintly tribal
Sun worship?

13. Unknown 3
Rings on Rings!

14. Unknown 4
Bweh?

1. Gardeners - The tree of life obviously, and from inside information I know that the two circles represent the shared heritage with the Soulons, which also appears in the Soulon symbol. The owl and wisdom that Kal pointed out is also interesting.
2. The Al - Reminds me of a hive, which the music’s theme of communism confirms, otherwise I don’t know. It also kinda reminds me of a nebula, and the lines are quite thin compared to other symbols, but whether or not that signifies something, I have no clue.
3. Ik - As everyone has said, Islam obviously, and middle east in general. But the triple crescent also looks like shockwaves originating from the star, which seems rather smaller in size comparatively, possibly representing the Ik perception that they have that powerful an effect regardless of whether or not they do.
4. Lantians - Asian origin, mecha china works too! The music, if anything, uses irony to highlight the Lantian aversion to any real combat.
5. Esani - Of course there’s the sun, but that’s too general. There’s the Asian origin, the black spot may be foreshadowing the impending doom regarding those ruins.
6. Vazan - Like Kal said, Diamond network! It fits in because it would mean both sets of related societies, Vazan-Kation, Gardener-Soulon, have a symbol for the shared past. It does remind me of a microchip, which is shown internally of the diamond, cyborgs!
7. Kations - The Diamond Network again. Um…I’ll go with Milarqui’s suggestion of the Staff of Hermes for their high speed/dodge.
8. Soulon - Two circles horizontally arrange indicate a community, and these are bound by strong Soulon bonds. The kink means that this is also the symbol for magnetic iron, with all the connotations of that. The two cirles motif also appears for the gardeners to show a shared hertitage. The symbol is in triplicate becuase it looks cool.:mischief: I thought of chevrons and the military with the circles as planets initially also.
9. Akresian - Um, possibly because this symbol is quite different from the others that it symbolizes the physical differences of the Akresians compared to everybody else. I’ll go with Ken and also say struggle.
10. Liberes - Pirates obviously! Chaos! Death they cause! The three skulls could be the three ship designs the Liberes are reliant on.
11. Priors - Black Hole! Nah….both Ken and Kal could be right.:)
12. Aliens1 - Evil Reptilian Aliens!
13. Aliens2 - Sun worshiping primitive aliens! Reminded me of the Logitech corporate logo at first glance. That could also be a giant gear, some mechanical silicon based civilization, however, what the inner dot and circle would mean I don’t know, especially with Through the Fire and the Flames (Good Song) as the theme.
14. Aliens3 - Vaguely familiar, probably because it reminds me of Galileo’s drawing of Saturn. It could be one star (system) that controls three others, similar to what Shadow said but applying to stars. But with the more peaceful theme compared to the last two…:dunno:
15. Aliens4 Well the bottom half of the symbol is the bottom half of the symbol for Earth in Stargate, the pyramid part. “An Ending” could either mean through destruction (Heze!), or finding Earth.

/end rambling/
:salute:

I agree with much of what has been said above. The only thing I have to add is that the 'Al symbol looks like two pupils turned inward, to reflect their outward silence and inward linkages.

Also, the Kation symbol looks vaguely like a caduceus. I thought I sent a reply to your most recent PM, dis, but I'm not sure. :/

How can the Akresians Missile Ketch cost only 16 e? It says it costs 26 e on my calculator, I think you put the wrong number.
