I'd like to own North Carolina, so can we draw the border between us between NC and Virginia? There's still plenty of land in the west for you to expand. In other words, stop expanding south.

@Bobtjoe- Is there a Casus Beli system? I don't want to declare war, I'm just asking. Also, you can't disallow DPs unless you have a Casus Beli System. I propose you only allow DOWing if you have a different religion, border dispute, or they provoke you either in the thread or by stationing armies next to your border.
