Well I was thinking of maybe some watery spots to break the green blur.

and maybe some trees like these (although it should not be to much like a jungle

Can I switch out the 'tundra' for the 'swap', so I can keep the jungle terrain. How would I do this?

I've never liked the tundra very much.

Forest and jungle isn't a "base" terrain, it's just a "layer" on top of the grassland terrain. Tundra is a "base" terrain, so you would have to mod the tundra quite much to do this.
