Hello guys

I am a long time Civ player ever since the first one on my old Amiga.
So when my buddies asks me to join up for some play by email on civ4 with them i was not slow to pick it up.
Here we are, 1½ year later (we started in 20th November 2005) and i just can´t let the story of our game go untold, it has had countless of wars, drama and backstabbing.

Here is the link to the "blog" i started making 1 year ago, sadly for now it´s in Swedish but i promise you guys i will re write it in english

But, most important!!!
Last night i beat the guys to building nukes, so i had to put together a clip on it, nuking the **** out of them.
I would really love if you guys would watch it =), being the civfanatic i am.

And last, i want to add that playing civ by pbem is by far most fun ways of playing civ, it gives you time to really concider your moves, plan ahead and it gives alot of time for the god old behind the scenes intrigues. Every civ fanatic should try it out.

Great stuff man. Congrats for the victory and wonderful video.

Thanks guys =)

Some replies.

- I only had one nuke but just reloaded the save everytime i had filmed a blast, not sure if the people i play against realise it. I guess you could call it false propaganda ;).

- The Civ part fas filmed using "Fraps"

- And what does Starwars have to do with Civ?, not much. But i wanted to portrait what happends when you nuke to much, a grand finale so to say.

That is easily the single most entertaining youtube video I have ever seen! Very nice - but it would have been more impressive if you'd have went back to slavery the turn before you could make nukes and whipped a whole bunch up!

Hmmm... I wonder if you'd get the Dan "Dubya" Quayle environmentalism award if you scored a domination win that way....

I don't think I would be able to handle playing PBEM, I wopuld always be thinking about what I wanted to do next, but stuck waiting for days and days. Great game, I wish it was in English.
