Unit Requests-Lord of the Ring Units

For some strange reason, there has not been a unit request for Lord of the Rings Units, so i desided to make it. If all the units were made i would considder making a lotr scenario. Already there are scenarios+mods that could
use these units.

I am surprised that nobody has already. Though we recently saw the addition of some orc units, it amazes me that their hasn't been a bigger demand for LOTR units.

Of course there are only so many unit creators out there presently and they tend to work on mechanized units.

I guess that is where they cut their teeth and then once they get the program under control they move on to humanoid and animal figures. It is much easier to animate a tank than get a human to move properly.

I know, the main problem is that there are only 6-7 unit creaters that make humans, maybe even less.

If I could only learn Character Studio... (a part of 3D Studio Max)...

I would create tons of Human units.

(and then we got the problems I got with Pallettes, FLICster, etc...

)

Grey Fox why not try other programs than 3D studio max, it seems that its giving you alot of trouble?

It's not 3D Studio Max that is giving me the trouble...

It's the work you have to do with your Rendered images afterwards.

the reason why these units never get made is because whoever plans on making them is also making a scenario. the scenario itself takes alot of work, and eventually is forfit. we've seen it several times since i've been here, atleast.

Would it be possible to import the units from ToT? Then it wouldn't be so hard to make a fantasy scenario.

Yoda, I hope you werent planning to make my LOTR scenario look like crap compared to one you would make. That would be most pathetic and stupid. If thats not the case however, then I too need some LOTR units for v 1.3.
